Luke sighs sadly, but nods his head.

I open the door, and turn on the light. I look at Luke as he walks into the room, his eyebrows furrowed.

"It smells like him," He chuckles softly, "and the vibe in here, it's...it's so Ashton."

I smile, chuckling softly, "Um, yeah. He hasn't changed much." I say, as Luke goes to the brown, wooden desk in the corner. He picks up Ashton's glasses and smiles.

"He wore these," Luke says, his eyes glossy, "when we met, he wore these."

"Luke." I say, wanting to exit the room.

"You know," He starts, "he said we'd be together forever." He sniffles, putting the glasses down.

"Luke, we should go." I say, feeling very sorry for him.

He nods, and walks towards me, taking one last look at Ashton's room, then gasps, running back into his room.

He grabs a shirt thrown on Ashton's bed, and smiles, showing it to me, "This is mine!" He exclaims happily.

I frown, grabbing the shirt, "Luke, I hate to say this, but that's Connor's. He must have left it here last night." I throw the shirt in the corner of the room.

"Oh." Luke says, then sighs and walks out of the room and down the stairs. I sigh and turn off the light, then follow Luke downstairs.

"How can you watch that guy? He's such a dumbass." I say, handing Luke a soda and sitting next to him on the couch. We're now in our pajamas and Luke is going to sleep over. Guess the hotel room was for nothing. Oh well.

"He's really funny." Luke replies.

"What kind of name is Shane Dawson?" I snort, then take a sip of Pepsi.

Luke scoffs, pausing the video, "You are such a bully." He says, then closes the laptop.

"Whatever," I mumble, "but do you wanna start setting up? I have all the decorations!" I squeal, getting up off the couch and running to the hall closet.

"I'm lazy, Mikey!" Luke yells from the couch. I giggle at this and grab the box of decorations.

As I walk back into the room, I see Luke scrolling on his phone. I roll my eyes and set the box on his lap. He puts his phone down and looks up at me.

"Right, so, how is this gonna work?"

I huff, "So, we're gonna decorate the house and have all of Ashton's friends over. Then, when Ashton gets home tomorrow, we'll all yell 'Suprise!' and he'll shit his pants and be very happy!"

Luke smiles softly, "But, where do I come in?" He asks.

I smirk, sitting next to Luke, "You, my friend, are going to be his present."

Luke gives me a confused look, "His present?"

"Yes!" I squeal, "You're going to hide in a big box and he'll open you and you'll just pop out and surprise him!"

"That's quite a big birthday present," Luke laughs, showing off his cute smile, "but okay."

I smile, getting off the couch and grabbing the box of decorations, "Now," I say, "let's get this place decorated!"
