In the darkness of night,
Colors flow in shadowy shades,
Capturing every twist, turns, and light
Shimmers of yellow fades,
Though it's hard to see,
You can hear, mellow voices, and light noises,

Try to run, no that's not right,
Face it, relax, try not to fight,
Listen again it's near,
You need not to fear,
For you might hear that cry for help,
It's you, your inner self,
Always trapped in your mind,
Can't say anything your mouth is bind,

Without a doubt your trapped,
Settle down shh.. it's you all along,
Tick tock tick tock time has gone,
Leaving you aside,
Still trapped in your mind,
Confused? There is none,
Once your running is done.
