As if you knew I would melt just because you flashed me my favorite smile from you.
You talk as if you knew I would fight for you
As if you knew my world would crumble if you leave me, too.
You walked as if you knew I would follow you
As if you knew I would make the ends meet just to be with you.
You hold me as if you knew I wouldn't be able to disentangle myself from you
As if you knew I would fall from the sky if you ever distance me from you.
You left as if you knew I would beg you
As if you knew I would die if I'm not wrapped around you.
You shut me out as if you knew I would bleed for you
As if you knew I would be broken just like I was before I met you.

This poem goes out to all those who loved the wrong person... the person who let you fall in love hard and left you to fall alone to your doom.
