This Kiss, This Kiss!

Kamusta, MaiChard nation? Have we all recovered from that kiss???

I was so happy with the episode today that I got to writing once more after I finished the day's work.

Backstage, after the kiss that rocked MaiChard Nation!

While they were in the dressing room by themselves,
"Babe," Rj said while tapping Maine's shoulder. "Babe?"

Maine is staring off into space and is not answering. Her cheeks were flushed and she had a blank look in her eyes.

"Wonder what's happening to her. Ano kaya iniisip nito?" mutters Rj. He tries to get her attention once more. "Babe!"

Still nothing. He then mutters, "Ayaw mo ko pansinin ha..."

Rj then leans in to kiss Maine. The first was just a soft brush of his lips on hers. Still no response.

The second was still light but lasted a few more seconds. A slight quivering of her lips was seen, but otherwise, she remained unresponsive.

"Ayaw talaga. Hmm, if this doesn't do the trick, I don't know what else will."

Holding her cheeks, Rj started to kiss her deeply - a kiss meant to awaken the senses. Softly, at first, then increasing in intensity as the seconds passed.

Of their own volition, Maine's arms lifted to his arms, moving up to his head, running her fingers through his hair. Rj then gradually softened the kiss as it ended, keeping their foreheads still touching whilst their lips slowly parted.

He breathlessly asked, "Babe, okay ka na?"

To which Maine answered with a serene smile, "I've never felt better."

"Babe, ano nga pala yung nasa isip mo kanina? Hindi mo kasi napapansin na kinakausap kita. So, kinuha ko yung attention mo sa paraan na pinaka-effective!"

Maine breaks their embrace then pokes Rj's nose after hearing his statement
"Ah, ganon! Kaya mo ako kiniss kasi gusto mo lang pansinin kita? Hmph!"

Rj thinks, "And yes, she's back to her old self." Then in a louder voice, "Of course not! Mas gusto ko pa nga sana na mas matagal kang nakatulala para mas matagal pa yung kiss ko sayo!"

Raising her eyebrow, she says "Talaga lang ha. Sige, palalagpasin ko yun, weeksary naman ng AlDub." She then flips her hair and asks Rj, "Ano nga ulit yung tanong mo?"

"Sabi ko, ano ba yung iniisip mo kanina? Kasi nakatulala ka lang pero hindi ko alam kung masaya ka o hindi sa iniisip mo."

"Wala lang yun, wala! Dedma na lang sya, babe, please?"

Rj tsked and insisted, "Ay, hindi. Sagutin mo yung tanong ko." In a teasing tone, he continued, "Iniisip mo yung kith natin kanina, ano??? "

She rolls her eyes at him before answering, "Ewan ka dyan! Ang iniisip ko, ano kayang iniisip ng Nanay at Tatay ko sa episode kanina! Maghanda ka na sa sunod na punta mo sa Bulacan!"

Rj paled upon hearing this. He puts up a brave face though as he says
"Okay lang. Batibot na naman tayo di ba? Tayo na, tayo na? Alam na naman siguro ni tito yun, pareho naman kaming lalaki."
