7:45, foyer

As everyone got back to the foyer, I immediately walked over to Alex, since it seemed like I knew her better than anyone else.
"Did you find anything?" I asked her.
"Yeah, in the crime scene there was this powder coming out of Logan's cupcake. I think Dylan said it was... Cinnamon?"
My eyes widened in surprise.
"Why would the killer use cinnamon? Anyways, In the last known whereabouts there was a clean knife, no blood or anything, and Logan's hospital files were on the computer."
"That doesn't make any sense! Giles said that there was no internet."
Then suddenly it all clicked.
"I think I just got it. This house must be owned by the killer, right?" I asked.
"Yeah."
"So..." I told her how I thought the murder happened.
"But that doesn't make sense! Why would the killer do all that when they could have just stabbed him in the face?" She asked, with a very confused look on her face. Then she turned on me."You know what? How do I know you aren't the killer? Maybe you're just feeding me wrong information so I die next!"
"No!"
"Well I don't need you to get me killed. I can talk to other people and get my own crazy story!"
And with that, she walked away.
Soon, Giles walked in the room.
"Time to share is now up," he said, "it is now time to prepare to state you're case. When you are done, please report back here. But be warned! The killer will be watching you as you say how you think he or she killed poor Logan. And whomever misses the point, you should be...scared."
8:30, foyer

I walked into the foyer with 24 eyes watching me.
"The killer has informed me that one of you... Nipped this murder in the bud. Congratulations... Dan! The killer believes that you have done perfectly, and you will be spared from the next murder." I noticed Alex's face suddenly go white.
"Now, the killer would like me to explain to you how Logan... Wilted.(AN- too soon?)
'This murder really was quite simple. I turned on the internet, as owning this house I am the only person that knows it. While Logan was asleep, I walked into his room, and using the computer, entered his hospital files.
'When the computer asked for a password, I woke Logan up by knifepoint. I threatened to kill him if he didn't give me the password. Naturally, being the gullible kid he is... Or was... He told me, not wanting to die.
'I found out that he was allergic to roses, so I had a rose centerpiece made for dinner, knowing he would have an allergic reaction If I put his placemat right in front of the roses.
'Meanwhile, I had a special cupcake made just for Logan. It was mostly hollow until I filled it to the top with cinnamon. As you may or may not know, large amounts of cinnamon will close up your throat, leaving you unable to breathe.
'That alone should have killed him if you gave him enough time with a proper treatment, but both the cinnamon and the allergy killed him in a matter of seconds.'"
Alex looked ready to faint at this point.
"We now will find out which ones of you are spared, and two of you should be scared. Lily, please open your envelope and tell us the contents."
"Spared," she said.
"Ah, good start. Alex?"
"Scared," she said and started crying. "I don't want to die," she said quietly in between sobs.
"Matt?"
"Spared."
"Taylor?"
She swore under her breath. "Yeah. Scared." She buried her face in her hands.
"Dominic?"
"Spared."
"Simon?"
"Spared.
"Sam?"
"Spared."
"Bella?'
"Spared."
"John?"
"Spared."
"Dylan?"
"Spared."
"May?"
"Spared."
"Alright. I believe that's all of you. You may go back to your rooms for the night. But one of you might not wake up."
Alex
I was terrified.
I felt horrible wanting Taylor to die so I could live, but that was all I could do. I didn't want to die.
Taylor
Being a cop, I should have done better than this. I've been involved with choking victims before, but nothing as bizarre as this. I shouldn't have been so naive when people fed me wrong information. I should have stuck with my gut.
