Chapter 3: What just Happened?

Zoey's P.O.V.

The whole class period I felt his eyes on me, I even caught him a couple of times from the corner of my eye, and I think he noticed cause he would turn away and I saw a slight shade of pink spread across his cheeks. Which just made me turn a bit pink cause I never made a guy blush by just looking at him. This routine happened throughout the period.

When the bell rang I packed up my stuff but before I could grab my binder Hunter picked it up along with his stuff.

"Um Hunter can I have my binder back, please?" I asked

"Nope." He replied with a smirk on his face and walking out of the class, while I followed him out.

"Come on you two let's go before were late for photo." Grace said

"Since when were you eager to get to class?" Hunter asked amused

"Since were going to be watching a documentary today, meaning nap time." Grace replied

"You have photo next too?" I asked Hunter

He responded by nodding his head and grabbing my hand. When he grabbed my hand I felt shocks run up my arm and spread through out my body. I noticed that he felt it to from the way he looked at me. Do I see love and adoration in his eyes? But before I could figure it out Grace grabbed my other hand and started dragging me to our next class.

For the whole period in photo I couldn't concentrate, all I could think about was Hunter and it didn't help that I could feel his gaze on my back. What's going on with me? I'm never like think especially when its a guy that I just met. Good thing we were just watching the documentary.

Before class was over I got a text from Zane giving me a heads up that there's going to be a game during the break and if I wanted to play that I had to be there ASAP. So I let Grace know that I was going to check it out and once the bell rang signaling the end of class I went straight to the gym.

When I got to the gym there were people already there, I spotted the twins and Zane as I walked in. I also noticed that Sasha was at the other end of the gym with her group of wanna be's barley wearing any clothing. Talk about disgusting much.

As people walked into the gym we started choosing teams and since it was going to be a short game. Both Sasha and me were nominated for team captains. My team consisted of me, Zane, the twins, and Jen. While Sasha's consisted of her, Mark, 2 guys that I don't know the names of but I recognized them from my first encounter with Mark, and Trisha (Sasha's best friend out of her wanna be group).

Before the game started I noticed Sasha and Trisha pull down their shirts a little more and pull up their shorts and fixing their hair. Dang they might as well just be wearing their under ware, like for real. Come on were about to play a game you don't need to look all dolled up. But then I noticed that most the girls in the gym who were watching were now looking at the gym doors and fixing themselves up. What the heck?

I looked over to check out what they were all staring at and I saw Hunter standing there with the others. Man does he know how to make an entrance. The group walked over to the sidelines on our side and got ready to watch. Hunter made eye contact with me and winked at me, I couldn't help but blush. When I turned back around ready to start the game Sasha was sending daggers my way and she had a smirk on her face.

The game started and everyone was cheering for the team they wanted to win. I could tell that Sasha and Trisha were trying to impress Hunter because they kept on stealing noticeable glances at him and they would try to do fancy moves with the ball, which 90% of the time they failed at it.
