Elena's POV
"Guys, this is Elena. Elena this is Matt, Enzo, Klaus and his siblings Rebekah and Elijah." Damon says as we take a seat.
"Hello love!" Klaus takes my hand and kisses it.
"My brother has got his flirt on!" The blonde screams.
"Well if your free right now, do you wanna go out and eat junk!" Klaus asks.
"Sure!" I say as I get off my seat and swing my bag over my shoulder.
"Bye soon-to-be love birds!" Damon yells as we head out the door.
"What does he mean by that?" I ask Klaus.
"Well with your permission, I would like to take you out on a date...now." He tells me.
"I'd love to! I say as I slightly blush. He holds my hand and we walk into this ice cream parlor.
"So miss Gilbert, tell me about yourself." He says.
"I was born and raised in Mystic Falls with my younger brother Jeremy, my mom Miranda, my dad Greyson, Caroline and her mother Liz. Her dad left her because he found out that he was gay so now he lives with his boyfriend Stevan. Your turn." I say.
"I was born in New Orleans and raised in Mystic Falls. Divorced parents so I live with Rebekah, Elijah and his wife Haley who has a baby girl named Hope." He tells me.
"If you live in Mystic Falls, why haven't we cross paths... like ever?" I ask him.
"I spend most of my time at home painting. Have you ever visited the Mikalson Mansion?" He asks me as I slightly laugh.
"No way! Only the richest Mikalson clan lives there. They're even richer than the Salvatore brothers." I tell him as I take a scoop out of my ice cream. After a few awkward silent seconds I realized why he asked that question.
"You are Klaus Mikalson and Stefan is Stefan Salvatore..." I say as he nods.
"Anyways, let's go! It's getting dark." He says as he helps me up and holds my hand as we walk towards my dorm.
"I had a nice time today." I tell him as I open the door.
"Me too." He says as he leans in. His lips centimeters away from mine. But suddenly...
"Eee!" I hear someone squeal. I look behind me and see Caroline leading Stefan out. I hid my face out of embarrassment.
"I should go..." Klaus says as he walks out.
