"One of his stitches reopened."

~~~
"He's a trooper," Kyah pointed out happily, looking over at Mitch. He slept quietly, exhaustion evident in his features. "Scott, you're so lucky to have him."
Scott nodded in agreement and looked over at Mitch, smiling weakly. The stitch that reopened was a big one, but it was easy to restitch once they arrive at the hospital. Mitch was freaking out about staying up when they applied a new stitch so they gave him a sedative to make sure he stayed calm the entire time.
"Yeah, he's my whole world. I love him so much."
"SCÖMÌCHE!"
"NO, SHUT UP! ONLY I CAN YELL SCÖMÌCHE IN PUBLIC!"
"I CAN TOO!
"NO YOU CAN'T! I COULD SUE YOU!"
"SUE ME THEN! SCÖMÌCHE, SCÖMÌCHE, SCÖMÌCHE!"
"SHUT UP, SHUT UP, SHUT UP!"
Scott rolled his eyes as Avi and Kyah continued to fight. He smiled when he saw Mitch's chest raise and fall, reassuring the Alpha that he was okay and safe from harm.
"I love you so much, Mitch."
And he will never stop loving him.
Jake heard some noises downstairs and turned towards the stairs, wondering what was happening. He jumped when he heard yelling and the sound of breaking glass, running downstairs quickly. He widened his eyes when he saw Alex wrestling a Council member off of him, trying to figure out why was happening.
"Why is he being arrested?" Jake asked, his eyes wide. The Council member looked up at him and looked over at Alex, shaking his head.
"He is being arrested for being the lead in planning to kill an Omega. It is your choice to choose if he goes to jail or rehabilitation."
Alex looked over at Jake, his eyes full of some emotion the Beta could not place. Jake sighed as he thought about the best choice.
Alex would not survive in prison. Even though he is strong physically, he is not strong mentally or emotionally. People will hurt him in the worst way possibly and Jake does not want that for his Mate. He tried his best not to cry when he thought about what people will do to him in prison. People like Jeremy and Kirstin are there, people who will do anything in their power to hurt people they do not like.
Rehab might benefit or hurt Alex. Rehab might help him get out of the state of mind he has had since Jeremy died. He won't be like this anymore and no one will hurt by him anymore. The only problem is that he will tell his therapist that he is not struggling when his mind is full of deadly thoughts and actions that could hurt the people around him.
Jake sighed as he listed the pros and cons of each suggestion, tearing up at each one. The Council member waited patiently, not wanting Alex to struggle against his power. Alex began to cry too, wanting to stay with Jake. The Beta finally chose his answer, sighing sadly.
Here goes.
"I want to send him to rehab."
"Good choice. Please send any belongings to him before 9:00 tonight. Thank you for choosing this decision."
The Council member took Alex's arm and dragged him outside, pulling even harder when he trod go escape. Jake watched the scene as tears ran down his eyes, wondering if he chose the right decision.
"Jake, I love you!"
"I love you too."
The door was slammed shut, leaving Jake to cry. He wiped his eyes, already missing his Mate. It's best for Alex though. He deserves this.
I'm so sorry, Allie.
~~~

"Are you serious?!"

"Nope, I saw the whole thing. He's gone now. I knew that would have happened."

"I think we all knew."

"Well, now that he is gone, what do we do now?"

"What we always do: make sure that everyone around him is hurt so we could hurt him. It's always worked in the past."

"Yes it has, yes it has."

"When do we start?"

"Right...now."

"I love you, Kirstin."

"I love you, Jeremy."

A/N: Who expected that? I bet none of you did, haha. The people who said that they were sure that they didn't die were right. You are all very smart.;) I can't wait for the rest for the story, hahhahaha. Anyways, I hope that you all enjoyed the chapter and remember that I love you all.:)
