Chapter 7

Ethan's POV

I knock on the front door and wait for Izzy to open the door, but to my surprise someone else did. It was a guy, I was really hoping that it wasn't her boyfriend, maybe I should have asked her if she was single

"hi I'm here to pick up Izzy" I say nervously

"who are you" he replies

"oh hi, I'm Ethan and I'm one of Izzy's friends"

"okay, I'm Isabella's older brother Taylor come in"

I walk in hoping that he can't tell that I'm nervous, just as we sit down Izzy come's down looking gorgeous as ever, I mean she looked beautiful earlier but when she dresses down she looks better to me.

"hi Ethan, come on let's go before my brother doesn't let me leave" she says

"hold on Iz I want to talk to him for a second so go get your stuff that you need and we'll be done talking by then I promise" her brother says

She goes upstairs and the room gets tense

"so Ethan, I want you to know my sister is not a toy, you will not play with her feelings, you will not treat her poorly and you will never break her heart" he said sternly

"I understand, but how do you even know that I like her" I ask

"dude it's written all over your face, as soon as she came down stairs your face lit up like a Christmas tree " he seemed cool but I wouldn't want to be on his bad side

Taylor was just about to tell me something important as she walked down the stairs, oh well I'll just ask her about it later

"come on let's go Ethan" she grabbed mt hand and pulled me out the door, I got so many butterflies in my stomach as soon as she touched me, but when we got outside she let go.

"Oh and Iz" I hear Taylor say

"yeah" she replies

"I won't be home when you get back I'm going to a party with my friends" he said

"do whatever, just be careful" she says

10 minutes of walking and talking later

Isabella's POV

it's really fun talking to Ethan, and Grayson they are such great people, imagine how much fun we would be having if Grayson was here with us, but it's nice to just talk one on one with Ethan. It's making me look forward to tomorrow, I don't know if anything will come out of our date but I wouldn't mind it, but Grayson is such a great guy too what am I supposed to do? But we arrive at their house, it's gorgeous inside. I turn around to tell Ethan and I feel someone hug me from behind and say hey cutie, I already know who it is and it sends chills down my spine, I hope he didn't notice it I smile and say

"not really but thanks Gray"

I look over at Ethan and he does not look impressed, Grayson lets go as soon as he sees Ethan

"Come on Gray and I will show you around the house, our mom and sister will be home for dinner they are just out running errands"

Grayson's POV

Izzy and Ethan walk through the door and just as she turns around to say something to him I hug her from behind and whisper in her ear, "hey cutie" I could feel get chills, I didn't know that I had an effect on her, maybe she's starting to feel something for me also, but with Ethan in the way this is going to take some time, we are walking around the house and I see Ethan grab her hand, I become so jealous I don't know what to do.

We finish showing her the house and she is still holding Ethan's hand, does she not like me, what's going on, all I know is that I need to make a move because Ethan and her are hanging out tomorrow so we can hang out on Sunday I tell myself
