So, I've never in my life written poetry before and I decided to give it a shot... so here it is, and please give me honest feedback... :)
My journey begins,
where my dreams end.
Far past the Arctic ocean,
and higher than the sky.
So baby please, don't tell me the skies the limit,
when there are footprints on the moon.
But don't tell me the moons the limit,
when my dreams exceed each distance.
My journey begins
with my hearts content,
which only takes me so far.
Expand my wings,
I soar high,
past the stars and far above.
So my journey begins,
where my dreams end.
