She grabbed my hand and pulled me to the door, I grabbed my phone and my leather jacket and shut the door behind me. I slide my phone into the back pocket of my black skinny jeans and pulled my jacket over my white v-neck. Shannon pulled me through the dorm and out into the court yard, we kepting walking past her car and down towards the classrooms. I wondered where we where going but I knew what ever it was it was gonna be special because she had a huge smile on her face the whole time.
We kept walking for what seemed like 30 minutes, by this time she had stopped pulling me and we where now side by side holding hands. We kept walking past all the campus restaurants until finally we were at the the part of the campus were it becomes a narrow path through up a hill through the woods. There is only one place we could be going and I can't believe it i am so excited!!!
Are so is my surprise blown do you know where we are going? She asks
Yes I do know where we are going but I am so surprised and so excited!! I respond
By this time she is opening the door. The room was covered in rose petals and little candles, on the table there were 2 platters of food and a bottle of red wine ( my favorite).
Shannon this is amaz
I got cut off my her kissing me
Do you want to eat she asks
We sat at the table talking and eating for at least an hour before Shannon said
Cam can I ask you something?
Of course babe what's up?
She pulled a small box out of her jacket and pulled out a small locket with her picture in it
Camden Scott will you do me the honor of being my girlfriend?
Of course I say
she puts the necklace around my neck I began to kiss her but she grabs my hand and leads me to a spot on the floor covered in pillows and blankets we lay down and look up at the sky
