Chapter 1

~6 years after Gaea's defeat~

I'm getting married! The phrase still sounds weird in my head. Although Annabeth Jackson sounds kind of natural. It fits together like it was meant to be. Eleven years ago, if someone had asked, I would have said never in a million years, but something about that green eyed messy haired idiot makes me want to laugh, scream and cry all at the same time. I love my seaweed brain.

~8 years after Gaea's defeat~

It's been two years since Percy and I got married and I could not be happier. I wake up next Percy and smile. Just seeing his face, even if it is covered in drool, makes my heart leap. I hope he loves me like I love him, because what I am about to say may change everything. It may make him the happiest man alive, or it could chase him away. I'm scared.

"Percy, can you come here for a  minute, I have something I want to talk to you about!" I called out into the house.

"Be right there sweetheart!" answered my husband. I felt my stomach clench up with nervousness. I just loved Percy so much, and could not bear the thought of losing him. Percy came in.

"What did you want to talk about Annabeth?" asked Percy with that idiotic grin on his face that I loved so much.

"Percy, I don't want to scare you, but have you ever thought about kids?" I asked cautiously.

"Of course!" He said cheerfully. "I'd love to have kids with you someday.

"No Percy, I mean now." I said as I took a deep breath. "Because I'm Pregnant." 

"Oh!" said Percy exclaimed. A grin spread across his face. "Wow! I'm going to be a father! We're going to have a family Annabeth!" I smiled in spite of myself. Percy was right, this was amazing! Tears of joy sprang into my eyes as Percy twirled me around the room. We were hopelessly in love.

~9 months later~

I held a crying baby girl in my arms.'

"What should we name her?" I murmured. 

"How about Marina Sally Jackson?" he said.

"Marina." I mused "Of the sea. I like it." I said and kissed him on the lips.
