THOMAS
Ara and I devised a plan for our bestfriends' Valentine's date. With the help of some employees from Greenlight Hotel in Quezon City, we were able to arrange a romantic dinner for two on the rooftop of the hotel building.
Madali lang ang naging pag-uusap dahil syempre, si Jeron naman talaga ang main customer dito. The only outside service we availed was a quartet of instrumental performers who will take care of the background music.
We made sure everything's set to perfection before the two of us left for Taguig, where my family resides.
ARA
It's 4 PM and Thomas and I are seated in the backseat, on our way to their family house. Pinasundo kami ng parents niya, and his mom personally called me to ask if I could stay overnight. Pinayagan naman ako nina Papa.
I turned to the man beside me and a sleeping Thomas Torres welcomed my eyes.
Tawagan ko nga muna si Mika.
"Hello daks, ano, kumusta? Ok ka na ba?"
"Paano ako magiging ok eh hanggang ngayon nga hindi mo sinasabi kung saan ako pupunta mamaya?! SABIHIN MO NGA."
Grabe talaga 'tong babaeng 'to.
"Diba sabi ko sayo may susundo sayo dyan sa unit mo? At wag mong yayakapin yun bigla ah, hindi yun yung date mo.", I warned.
"Sira ka talaga! Anong palagay mo sakin, atat?"

"Sorry na po ma'am, hindi na."
Kakalimutan ko na lang yung araw-araw na pangungulit mo sakin ever since I told you about this blind date.
"Hoy Victonara, sigurado ka ba talaga dito?"
"Oo nga, ang kulit nito. Basta chill ka lang dyan, ok? Pupuntahan ka ni Brenda later. Siya mag-aayos sayo."
"Fine, sige. I trust you. Thank you, bes! Enjoy ka dyan with Thomas your labs!"

"Madaaammm!!! Handa ka na ba?!", bungad nito pagpasok ng bahay.
"Ha? Saan?", nagtatakang salubong ni Mika.
Seryoso siyang tiningnan ng assistant ng kaibigan at saka umikot palibot sa kanya.
"Ngayong gabi, ilalabas natin ang 'yong inner Pia Wurtzbach. Confidently beautiful with a heart.
