Vanni's POV:
Riker is meeting my parents today. I don't know if I should be nervous or not! Riker really is a nice guy and I'm sure they'll like him but I can't help but feel a bit anxious. Anyway, he's coming over to our house at 3 so I'm just finishing off my makeup. I love a natural look because I don't like my face looking caked.
The doorbell rang and I opened the door to reveal Riker. "Hey babe! How are you?" He asked while kissing me. "To be honest, a little nervous but excited too," I replied. He smiled at me. "I should be the one who's nervous! I'm the idiot!" I laughed at that. He can always make me smile.
I lead him inside to greet my parents. They stood up and shook his hand. "Lovely to meet you Mr and Mrs Latimer," he said. "Lovely to meet you too, Riker!" They exclaimed. We sat down next to them and he started chatting straight away.
