Chapter 45. Black Pearl Family Picnic Time

I slowly shift my gaze to Baekhyun who seemed to be staring down at me with his eyes that tells me what to do, "Expecting something from me?" I arch both of my brows and pointed myself. "Yes, I'm actually expecting something from you, Taeyeon-sshi,"

What is he expecting? I've never expected what he's expecting from me!

I shook my head as I make a frown, "I don't know what you're talking about," He rolls his eyes and walk pass by me. I pivot back, looking back at my shoulder just to follow him using my eyes. "Let's not just waste any time and let's go before I'll change my mind," Now what I've did, he turned dead serious. Stupid of the most stupidest in the stupid planet in the stupid world and universe or stupid galaxy.

Taeyeon's POV

"Wow!" The members must seemed to be amazed in this beautiful view right in front of us now. Taeyeon's standing by the corner with her arms crossed, probably smelling the fresh air as she shivers more inside her coat. Well, since it's almost Christmas break, as expected, the temperature turned colder and colder everyday.

"Did you enjoy the view?" Can someone stop startling me? That's the main weakness I have. Someone that suddenly burst on your side without any permission, that gives me a heart attack.

I pivot from my side to find the Black Pearl leader who's looking down at me with a smirk on his face, "I'm not enjoying the view because I can't even touch or hug it, worst, kiss it. I'm actually loving the view," I answered with a bit sarcastic tone. I heard him chuckle and move a little bit farther, "I see. How can you love this view when it's not a person to love you back, hmm?" Very well then, you won the battle Mr. Byun.

I roll my eyes, even if he doesn't seemed to see my reaction. However, I heard his footsteps walking away as I sighed in relief. We're actually here at the peak of a valley. It's very refreshing and I can almost see the whole city of Tokyo. It took for about 50 minutes ride but it's really worth it. It's very relaxing and a perfect spot to burst into tears when you're heart broken. Just kidding! Of course, something like that.

All of the sudden, a delicious smell starts illuminating inside my nose, and that's the time I realize that the members are grilling something like kebabs. Other members are preparing for a huge picnic mat on the grass while others started to grabbed other foods from the van. I'm stoned on my position, blinking my eyes for how they didn't inform me just in case they'll need my help!

"I think it's best for you to enjoy this moment than watching the members in dumbfounded," I shut my eyes hard, forming my hands into fists. It's enough! You've already startled me for three time already!

"Can't you just stop bothering me- oh." I look back to find Xiumin, after what I said, his grin turn into a frown with his eyebrows slightly cluster.

"X-xiumin! Xiumin, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to!" I started to panicked, "It's okay, Black Pearl. I just caused you to startle, and I'm sorry for that. I just wanted to say to you that enjoy the view than watching them like a dumbfounded person," He showed his original smile.

"But.. What's going on here? Why are they preparing something like a picnic?" I arch both of my brows in confusion. He chuckled and stare at the beautiful view, "You've got the point too. Well, it was Master Baekhyun's idea and none of us did. Actually, we really appreciate it when he got now a time with us," He explained which made me speechless for a moment, "O-of.. Of c-course, he must to," I stare at the view to where he's staring at.

And there was probably a long pause between us. A sudden flashback haunt in my mind the way how Xiumin and I recorded all of the files and folders, "Xiumin, do you still recall the way we recorded all of the folders in GreenFields?" That cause him to look down at me, "Yes I do. What's the matter about it, Black Pearl? Why'd you asked?" He arch both of his brows, "It's just.." I tremble to look away, remembering all of the scene between that time with Xiumin.

I turn to look up at him again to find him really interested to know what's my purpose, "Do you still remember the way how I asked you about section Sapphire, right?" My eyes started to focus on his. My lips also start quivering and my hands got trembled together.

But it seems like he's been glued on his position, probably avoiding any eye contacts with me. He tried to look down while he's biting his lower lip, "Y-yes I do," He says. "Now's the time to tell me about it, Xiumin! I need to know all about that section!" I don't know why but I suddenly holler, that made me hook Xiumin on his collar, forcing him to look at me in my eyes with my gritted teeth. What's happening to me?
