Carrie's POV
A couple days passed since I moved into my new apartment. I started to feel a little less nervous about living on my own now that I met Harry. But I'll admit, he's very mysterious. Sometimes, he'd stare at me and it would be very strange. I don't know if he has a thing for staring at people, but there's something about him that's just not right.
I was rubbing the counters at the diner with a rag when Julie came up to me.
"So, did you see Harry today?" She winked at me. I probably shouldn't have told her about Harry because she's always asking about him now.
I rolled my eyes at her. "Yes, and why are you always asking about him?"
"Are you to like going to go out?" I automatically stopped what I was doing and looked at her like she was insane, because she was.
"I've only known the guy for a couple days!" I yelled throwing my hands up in the air.
"Oh come on! You need a cute boyfriend."
"You haven't even seen him."
"What's he look like?"
I then thought of the way his face looked and I couldn't help but smile. "He's got green eyes, curly hair, and when he smiles he has these cute dimples-" I immediately stopped, noticing I was daydreaming.
Julie was smirking at me and I glared at her.
"I'm coming over." She stated.
"What?" I asked with wide eyes.
"I need to see this guy for myself, and I want to see your new apartment." Before I could say anything else, Julie had already walked away. I sighed and went back to work.
Once work was over, I drove Julie and I to my apartment. We entered and got in the elevator. Once we walked out of the elevator, Harry came out of his apartment.
"Hey Harry!" I called out making him look up.
He gave me a warm smile and walked up to me. "Hey Carrie. Who's your friend?"
"Um this is Julie, my best friend and co-worker." She smiled widely at Harry and I was afraid she might say something.
"Well, I got to go somewhere but it was nice meeting you Julie. Bye Carrie." He said as he walked off into the elevator.
Julie kept on smirking at me as we went into my apartment.
"He's so hot!" She said in almost a whisper. I shook my head at her and sat on the couch.
"Nice place." She commented.
"Yeah, it's nice." I trailed off.
"Is there something bothering you?" Julie asked me worriedly.
"It's just I feel like Harry's hiding something, he seems so suspicious, and I feel like I've seen his face before." I explained truthfully.
"You know, I felt like I've seen his face too." Julie added.
After I took Julie home, I sat in my room and thought for a while. Where have I seen his face? Why is he so mysterious? Just at that moment, I heard a knock at my door and went and got it. It was Harry.
"Hey, they wanted me to drop off your mail." He said handing me the mail.
"Oh, thank you." I gave him a small smile.
"Your welcome. Oh, and I liked your friend."
I grinned. "Harry, I'd like to get to know you more."
"I'd like to get to know you more too." He smiled back.
"Well just so you know, my full name's Carrie Myers."
"Mine is Harry Styles."
"Well Harry Styles, I'll see you tomorrow."
"You too, Carrie Myers." And with that, he left and I shut the door blushing like crazy.
Styles. Harry Styles.
