I'm not crazy (Shadow X Reader)

"His name is Shadow the hedgehog."

You blinked at the name. Without saying any other word, Amy began to continue "making" out with her sandwhich. Hesitantly grabbing your fork, you began to continue eating with your food.

"A-Amy?" You called, getting a loud sigh for a response.

"What is with you interrupting make outs?" Amy slightly chuckled, amusing you. You rolled your eyes once again and added.

"Why is Shadow such bad news?"

Once that question flew past your lips, Amy tensed. She gulped down her piece of sandwhich and placed the rest of the sandwhich on her tray. She sighed, now twirling her thumbs.

Her light green eyes flew to shadow. He was walking out of the cafeteria. Before he left, He turned his gaze to yours and smiled, though the smile didn't reach his eyes at all. His uneasy grin caused you to shudder.

When you turned your gaze away from him, he left. Now giving the chance for Amy to speak.

"This school isn't as perfect as you think..." She whispered. That  sentence alone now catching your attention.

"What do you mean? This college looks as innocent as an kitten! And the way you showed me around was making my statement right! There is no way this school is harm..." You stopped mid sentence as Amy shook her head. She placed a knife on the table. It had a small blood splatter coloring the knife.

You gasped while looking at the knife. You turned your gaze from the knife and looked into Amy's light green eyes.

"W-Why..?"

Your world seemed to be shrinking. You felt uneasy, just like before when you walked in. That feeling was now making sense. Why didn't you listen to it?

Just thinking of what could have happened instead if you listened to your mind made you whimper. Amy let out some tears, catching your attention from your mind.

"I didn't mean too! He told me.. H-He.. told me too..." Amy grabbed the knife and put it away from reach, hiding it. You frowned, now curious as to who was grasping at Amy's strings and forcing her to do the unexpected.

"Who told you? Who told you to do that?" You pressed causing Amy to shake her head.

"It's..best not to know.." She worried her lip, now standing from her seat and running off. Leaving you alone to ponder.

What did she mean?

It's been a few hours since the incident in the cafeteria. Since you didn't grab your luggage completely from your car, like an idiot. You had to go back and began a search for your car.

"Are you the new transfer?"

You gasped and stumbled to the ground. You could have fallen on your butt but the other quickly grabbed your hand and pulled you into an steady stance. "Woah, careful there!" The other chuckled. Your vision seemed to be blurry so you rubbed your finger tips on your eyes and sighed.

"You freaking scared the hell out of me!" You whined, the other just laughed.

"Sorry there champ, I didn't mean it. The names Sonic!" Sonic introduced and laughed at your expession.

"Well hello Sonic. I'm _____!" You said.

Sonic smiled. "Well, ____! What are you doing out here?" You blinked then cocked a brow.

"I would say the same for you but that would make me sound kinda perverted." Sonic chuckled and nodded. 

"I guess you're right, but how would that sound perverted?" Sonic asked. You shrugged. Not really knowing the answer yourself. You sighed and then ran a hand through your hair. 

"Oh, I see you're in stress. Something wrong?" Sonic smirked as he watched your expression. You shook your head. "I'm fine, I just need to get all my luggage."

"Okay. I'll see you tommorow then.. That's if you're still here." Sonic said but he whispered lowly the last part so you wouldn't hear. He waved and dashed off, Leaving you to get your luggage out of the car.  Once you had everything. You struggled to carry all four bags in your hands. 

As you were walking, balancing the luggage. You bumped into someone, causing the luggage to fall. 

"Oh my, I'm so sorry!" You said as you went to see who you bumped into. But once you did. You froze. 

"Strange seeing you again. What are you doing here?" The familar hedgehog from earlier asked. Shadow the hedgehog. He stood up and dusted himself off. He looked at you up and down and smirked. 

"Uh.. I-I'm getting.. my extra luggage." You said stumbling a little on the words. Shadow nodded but then frowned. 

"If I were you. An innocent person. I would put back all the luggage in the car. This place isn't fit for innocent like.. you." He said while grabbing two of your luggage when he saw you didn't budge. "But if you choose to stay, Have fun with the danger." He said and allowed you to walk foward.

"The danger is something I like as well." Shadow smirked, his eyes holding an glint before it flashed, no longer holding it.

You hesitantly grabbed your luggage and lead the way to your room, with him following. 

What has led to this? Was this even a good idea? To be leading him to your room. You weren't so sure, but you didn't trust your gut once more.
