The errand

"This whole time you've been..quiet which isn't like you and not to mention not once have you even cracked a smile"
"....I'm simply thinking....." Nova's voice had been cold, making Jacob worried. Nova had suddenly stepped to the side as a poison dart had hit exactly where she was "we are being followed....we will have to lose them or kill them before getting the medication for her sister..." Nova had without warning instantly sprinted away from Jacob "nova!! What the hell!! You can't just leave me!!" Jacob had growled and instantly sprinted after her wandering what was up with her today, something was off about her and he didn't like it. Jacob hadn't realized just how fast nova actually was, she was too fast to the point where he almost lost her a couple of time "god damn" nova was slippery he would admit that much. After 10 mins Jacob had finally found nova however she wasn't alone which worried her "nova!" "I'm fine...just watch this dear" nova had a smirk on her lips as she turned her body around to face the gang members known a the 'the rooks' she had encountered them before when Thomas and her had came for a contract, that night at the bar with Thomas was when the man known as Jacob frye had seen them, the rest will be told later. Nova had turned her body to face them as seconds later all 6 of them had suddenly dropped dead, surprising Jacob as his jaw dropped "but how?" "Don't you remember I used to live here? Before I left I had followers here who bowed to stay here till I come back and once I do come back they would help me in anything" jacob looked towards the roof seeing 6 different assassins perched on the roof, they all bowed their heads in respect and ran off not to be seen, their faces were covered with some sort of mask to hide their facial features. Nova had smiled still and bent down to the dead bodies and quickly looted them finding a lot of money on them, along with some stuff to craft bombs, nova had heard running footsteps and so did Jacob, they both nodded and quickly used the grappling hooks to shoot them up on the roofs as they quickly made their escape from the area by jumping over roofs "that was a close one love" "yeah well...we might have company" Jacob had quickly put on his hood to hide his face, nova knew this situation was serious if he had to put on his hood "god damn it" nova knew right away who he was, the infamous Jacob frye "run Jacob!" Nova had shouted towards Jacob as they instantly ran across roofs for what seemed to be an eternity when really it was 1 hour, Nova's feet were in pain the more she ran, her heart was racing, her head seemed to be throttling along with her legs, she was running out of breath but pushed herself to go forward and run. Nova could tell Jacob was having the same problems and pains both their body's were aching and screaming in pain, the both of them then did a leap of faith into a haystack and had jumped out, they decided to try to run on the ground and into crowds thinking they could lose Jacob frye but alas as nova and Jacob were about to open a sewer hatch nova felt a heavy force tackle her to the ground as she felt her breathing become short "finally got ya!, and to think you thought you could get away from me after killing 6 of my rooks" his voice was easily recognizable "nice to see you to, you damn frye!" Nova had hissed his last name as Jacob frye smirked "you know I'm not sure if I should kill you or let you go?" Jacob's cheeky voice was enough to get on her nerves "would you mind letting go of nova?" Stern had a gun to Jacob's head as he lowly growled and stared daggers into the frye twin's eyes "let me guess this is your suitor nova?" "Yes and could you please let me go?!" "Fine fine! Although I didn't think you'd go for someone from the France branch, in fact I thought you'd go for a handsome stud like me" the frye twin finally let go of nova and had a hand reached out towards her, Jacob had pushed the frye twin to the side and had helped nova up instead "you alright?" "Yes I think I'm fine" Jacob had a sigh of relieve as he hugged nova tightly into his chest while nova smiled and happily snuggled into him, being separated was practically almost like hell to her, she then looked up to him and kissed his cheek as he then smiled and kissed her lips "after the errand I have a surprise for you" nova knew it had to be something good "I can't wait for tonight then love" nova giggled and winked at him
The frye twin had sighed and rolled his eyes at the affection both Jacob and nova had shown "oh please you love birds should get a room!" Nova could tell he was annoyed and jealous just by the tone of his voice "oh please Jacob! No need to be jealous!" Nova had giggled abit as her suiter Jacob had let go of her while smirking at how the frye twin was acting "well it looks like I got her first" she could tell her suitor Jacob was just rubbing it in, she couldn't help but laugh as she then remembered why she was out to do in the first place "Jacob my dear! We must get the medication to Victoria" nova had bowed politely towards the frye twin as stern had nodded and walked past nova to the doctor not to far. Nova had playfully winked at the frye twin  while following Jacob from behind leaving the twin to be baffled by how much nova had changed

It took both nova and Jacob a good 30 mins to get to the closest doctor, nova had shown the paper given to her by Victoria, the doctor smiled and gave her the medication "thank you" "please come again!" The doctor was a cheerful man as nova could see

Once upon reaching the store she had seen Victoria outside looking for the both of them "Victoria! We are terribly sorry for being late, we ran into some complications but do not fret I have the medicine for your sister right here" nova had handed the basket to her "oh thank god! Nova please be careful on the streets...there have been word on the streets that your a assassin traitor working for the Templar" "damn...so they know I'm here..." Nova had told Victoria to please be careful and if anyone asks I was never hear, Victoria listened carefully and ushered back to the store to tend to her sister

Chapter was pretty short and I'm sorry haha! I'll make the next chapter which will probably be shorter ^^' I'll try to not make it so short but just a warning there will be a ADULT SCENE lel~~
