Chapter. 7

Hope**

He walked towards me and picked me up spinning me around.

"I'm happy for you."He smiled
"I'm hoping Kaden is the father."He asked

"He is daddy."I said smiling

He turned to Kaden and they did a handshake.

"How did your mom take it."He asked

"She kicked me out-."

"She did what."

"It's fine daddy I've been living with my friend Melissa."I said trying to calm him down

"Who kicks a 17 year old girl out the house."My auntie yelled

"Has she tried calling you."He asked

"No nor had Rico tried."I sighed

My dad rubbed my shoulder and walked out the dining room. He picked up his phone before walking out. My auntie followed behind him.

Kaden came up to me surprising me with a hug.

"Was that so hard."He asked

"Nope, I'm glad he took it well."I sighed as well

My dad came back in.

"Hope will you like to live with me for now on."

"Are you serious."
"It will be nice to get out Melissa parents hair."I sighed

"Yes, I'm not having my daughter living with people I don't know."

"Okay."I said and hugged him

Later....

After getting home I ran to Melissa room to find her knocked on sleeping on top of her project that's FYI still not finished.

I shook her and she woke up. She smiled at me and rubbed in her hair.

"How did the dinner go."

"It was great, um my dad said I can live with him now so I won't be staying with you get out y'all hair."I smiled

"You leaving us "She pouted

"Yeah."I sighed

December

"Kaden don't look at them."I whined covered my feet

He laughed.

My feet were swelling up so bad right now. I'm five months pregnant and I look like that thing from Hero 6. My stomach is swelled, my ankles aren't that bad but my feet really hurt.

I reached over him to get a chip out the bag. I've been craving barbecue chips every since I got four months.

Both of our phone rung at the same time. I looked at the caller id and it was my mom calling me.

I kept mines ringing while he answered the phone.

"You what."He yelled

It's either about his brother or his friend.

"You dumb ass where are you."
"I'm on my way."

"What happened I asked."

"Leland got arrested at the mall, and he wants me to pick him up."
