Chapter 39. Japanese Meet & Greet

I stand still on the side at pace, feeling myself invisible from their sight, probably waiting for them to notice my presence. I became impatient, fiddling both of my thumbs together while biting my bottom lip, "Psst! Black Pearl!" It took me notice when Kai called me.

I walk towards them and form a smile on my face as I make a formal bow twice. Then Kai starts talking something into Japanese as the 3 guys nod their head while smiling at me.

Kai stopped and look down at me that tells or motions me to introduce myself. Since I knew some Japanese words from Jessica, I think I can let myself introduce into Japanese language, "Uh.." I stuttered before I make a formal bow, "Kunichiwa minna-san! Watashi wa Kim Taeyeon desu! Yuroshkun onegai shimasu!" (Hello everyone! My name is Kim Taeyeon! Please take care of me!)

I introduced myself cheerfully and end with an eye smile. And after which, the three guys smiled, probably an eye smile and whispered something to Kai.

I'm curious as I arch one brow and waited for Jongin to response. He nods his head and whispered back, "Uh.." I stuttered again, probably out of place. Now I hate myself for not studying any other country languages! Aish!

Jongin turned to look back at me and flash a smirk, "They said that you're really good in Japanese language. And you're also cute with your nerdy glasses," H-huh? "U-uh.. Gomawo– I mean.. Arigatou gozaimasu," I smiled.

"Oh! Let's come inside the cafe first, Taeyeon," Kai offered. Oh right! We're here in front of a cafe. Now I wonder who owns this fancy looking cafe?

As soon as we entered, the fresh and aroma of the coffee welcomed us, "Please take a sit first," He offers me a chair with a coffee table in front of us. I smiled and kindly accepted his offer, "Kamsahamnida," I thanked as soon as Kai also take his position beside me and the three guys are in front of us. All of the sudden, Jongin stands up but before he'll do, he turn to look back at me, "Wait for me right there Black Pearl. I'll just order something for us since it's almost passed lunch time," He says and end with a smirk. Yeah and I kinda feel hungry right now.

"By the way, it's nice to meet you, Taeyeon-chan," I'm surprised from my position when one of the three of them starts speaking, in this time, a Korean language. I turn to look at them and smiled awkwardly, "Likewise,"

"Anyways, my name is Kizuki Miki and this are my cousins, Fumio Rei and Hayate Fujimoto," He introduced themselves one by one as I wave my hand shyly. "By the way, I thought you guys only knew how to speak Japanese. But I'm completely wrong after all, you're very good in Korean!" I mentally facepalm. "We've learn that language from Kai," The guy named Fumio said. I turn to look back at Kai and smiled awkwardly.

"By the way, how are you three related to Jongin?" I asked curiously, "He's our childhood friend. Our parents are very close with one another," Hayate says, "Taeyeon-chan, are you perhaps the Angel of Kai?" I quickly dart my attention at Kizuki with wondering eyes, "Pardon me?", "Yes, yes she's my Angel," I was startled when Kai suddenly appeared from behind and sat down beside me.

"Jongin.." I muttered as I furrow both of my eyebrows. He stared at me for a moment that tells me that he'll explain later on. "Kizuki, Fumio, Hayate. All what're you think is true. That's right, she's my Black Pearl," All of the sudden, Jongin put his arms around my waist that made me flinch on my seat as I look at him by the eyes. He look down at me with a  winked. I quickly look to the other side as I can feel my cheeks turning into crimson.

"Oh? So that means you're now officially a Black Pearl leader?" Black Pearl leader? Kai? I dart Kai a look again and furrow my eyebrows, "Yes, that's right. I'm now officially a Black Pearl leader. And this girl beside me named Kim Taeyeon is my beloved Angel and my Black Pearl,"

By the way, since Christmas is approaching, I'll update a chapter just for the Black Pearl family moment in Christmas season! But again, it's not a continuation of the story. Sorry once again for the long wait and I hope you can forgive Authornim~ *begs*
