Olivia's POV
Its been a full three months now since I had my beautiful baby boy and I feel like its time I get back io work. This will be our very first day apart and I know for a fact that this will be hard as hell for me, but it has to be done. I hired a great babysitter named leah so Noah will be in good hands
Elliot and I got up early and got ourselves and our kids ready for their day. We left Noah with his sitter then dropped sofia off at school. After making sure our kids were all set we headed to work. When I walked into the squad room I was greeted with hugs from all the guys and was surprised to meet a new detective named Dominic Carisi Jr. He's a nice guy and seems eager, but talks just a little bit too much
Captain cragen: Benson my office now
I walked into the office with him and he closed the door. We both took a seat as he opened a file
Captain craven: Olivia your my best detective and now your sergeant so I'm going to partner you up with detective Carisi so you can show him the ropes. Both Elliot and Fin are senior detectives so I need them partnered with junior detectives and the same goes for you liv. Elliot's partnered up with Amaro and fin is with Rollins. You can switch it up a little if its not working but I don't need two senior detectives together.
Captain we can do a lot more without having to explain every little thing to someone. Elliot's my partner, we work well together
Captain cragen: he's not anymore.
I got up and walked out of his office annoyed
Elliot: everything ok liv?
Everything's fine, I'm just a little annoyed that's all. Any new cases yet?
Elliot: yep, a twelve year old girl was assaulted and left for dead in am alley, we should go talk to her now that she's awake. What do you say partner?Olivia's ready to get back out there with me?
According to the captain since I'm senior detective I have to show the new guys the ropes so I'll be put there with carisi so let's get going
A man about 25 years old walked on holding a package then said "sergeant Olivia Benson"
What can I do for you?
Mike: I have a package for you sergeant
He handed me an envelop, when I opened it there was a picture of sofia with a gun to her head. I gripped him by his throat and pulled my gun on him
Where's did you get this?
Mike: wait, wait. A guy gave me fifty buck to give you that envelope. I didn't know what was inside. I'm just a delivery guy, my name is Mike Marshall
Elliot: liv what's going on?
He picked up the photo and both our cell phones started going off. The caller was the principal at Sofia's school taking us that three gunman came in shooting and took her along with him. I felt like my heart sank to the ground
El someone took my baby. They took her from school, my baby. I need to see if Noah's ok
Fin: we got it liv, mike your not going anywhere so take a seat. Our first priority is to find sofia. The clock is ticking and this guy is obviously taunting liv.
Elliot: I'm going to check on Noah, I'll be right back. Olivia we will find her. I promise
Elliot left out and returned less than thirty minutes later with cierra and Noah. We interrogated mile who gave us a description of the man and we had every available cop help pon the case. I wasn't allowed at the crime scene so I waited with the kids until elliot returned. When he did it looked as if he'd been crying
