Sigh, I guess I'll have to talk to Ash now about her wings. "Hey, Ash. Can I talk to you about something?" I sat down on the couch and looked at Ash who, of corse, was brushing her teach in the bathroom.

"Ya, sure," She came out of the bathroom and sat on the couch next to me. "What you wanna talk about?"

"Um," I paused trying to get my words together. "I saw your wings," I said it as fast as I could.

I looked back at Ash. Her bright smile turned into a dark, sad frown. "When did you see them?"

I was afrade she was going to ask that. "I saw them the morning I woke up after we slept together that first day," Ash looked shocked after I said that. Then she got up and walked to the bathroom and closed the door behind her. "Ash? Are you ok?"

I walked over to the bathroom door. I heard Ash...crying. She never cried infront of me before. "Go away, Maxx! I already know that your going to leave anyway!" She sounded hart broken.

"Ash. Ash I'm not going to leave you. I would never leave you. I was just going to ask where you got them because..." At this point I was tearing up, then Ash opened the door.

"Because...because what Maxx?" Ash was still crying. Yet she heard every word I said.

"Because, I have wings too. I won't to know where they came from and who put them there! Now, do you know where you got yours or not!" I was slitely angry.

Ash looked surprised. "I got mine from..." she looked away and went to the couch then sat down. "I got them from my mom,"

I can't beleave this. "What!? Your mom?!" I think I was being a jerk now but, her mom!? Like I'm going to beleave that shit!

"Ya, she said when she was little someone kidnapped her. She said they were a mad sciencetis and genticly altered her DNA. I don't know how though. After she found out I had wings she..." Ash starting crying again and I run over, sat down on the couch and held her.

"Shh, Shh. It's ok. I'm here Ash. I'll always be here," I told her in the clamest voice I could.

"No you won't always be here for her, Maxx!" Who was that!?

I turned around to see a man. He was tall and buff, like that one buff fairy guy from the Fairly Odd Parents, and yes, I do watch that. The only difference was that this guy was pale, black flat hair that was practitly shaved all the way off, and he was wearing a black suit and black sun-glasses. Basically he was like the Men in Black people but younger.

"Who are you?" I asked in a firm, calm voice, if that's even possible.

"I'm Mr. Angel. Your dad, Maxx," Mr. Angel had a smile on his face. He took off his glasses and, beleave it or not, we had the same face fetures. We both had black-night like eyes, very, very, very black hair, and snow like skin, as in the color. "And don't worry son, your friend can come with,"
