The True Love banner was flickering, and then it started to shine brightly, illuminated even more by the light enhancing thingies from a few chapters ago. Evie looked up and grinned. Yes!!
Ben and Mal let go. "What the heck?" Mal frowned. "I thought we were through!"
"Then why'd you kiss back!" Ben frowned. Then they both looked up and Mal squealed. They watched as it grew brighter and brighter. "I'm so sorry I broke up with you." Was all Ben could manage.
"No." Mal looked away. "I guess I'm sorry..."
"Thanks." Ben smiled.
The two leaned in and kissed again, this time the banner lit up even more. More and more people gathered and watched.
"Hey Mal," Bens hand fumbled in his pocket for a moment and then he bent on one knee. "Would you become my queen?"
"Um, I dunno, YES!" Mal grabbed his arms and pulled him up to stand next to her and they kissed again.
"Best True Love's Day Ever."
And they all lived happily ever after.
