Eridan woke up screaming because of a nightmare last night. You ran in as fast as you could and heard him sobbing out for your mom.
Your mom left when Eridan was only 4 so your surprised he even remembers her. She left your dad for some guy who, at the time, was much richer then your family. Your dad tells you she was a gold digger but he didnt care. He says he loved her with all his heart and still does. You hear that your mom married this guy and a few years later the guy killed her and then killed himself. Messed up fuck.
Eridan is now cuddled up into your side, asleep, but youre still awake. You cant sleep because youre lost in thought. You cant stop thinking about Eridan and what might be going threw his head. Youre worried for his future and you have to protect.
Youre a seinor in high school so you wont be able to protect him at school for long. You hope hell be okay... you hope... hope...
