"That was the call." Jin smiled, hanging up his phone. Namjoon jumped up from his sitting position to hug his boyfriend, "We're gonna be parents, Joon!"

"The best god damn parents in the world." Namjoon assured him.

"Let's start looking!" Jin said excitedly, running off to retrieve his laptop from their bedroom.

"What are we looking for? We never really discussed it." Namjoon said as they sat down  at the dining room table and began looking at a list of children.

"When the right one comes along, we'll know."

They spent the next two hours searching, Jin wanted to adopt all of them all at once.

"They all deserve the world! Can't we have them all?" Jin sighed.

"One. Pick one."

"Fine."

Another twenty minutes of browsing and they came across a child that stuck out to them.

"Hyun, age four. Loves to sing and dance. Very social." Namjoon read aloud.

"I love her, this is the one." Jin said as he continued reading, "What do you think?"

Namjoon finished reading before he responded, "She sounds perfect."

"I'll call the agency!"

They arranged a meeting with Hyun the following week. To say they were nervous was an understatement. Jin didn't sleep the night before in anticipation.

"Okay. Let's do this." Jin said as they pulled into the parking lot.

"We're gonna need a car seat back there." Namjoon stated, looking into the empty backseat.

"We can talk details later, let's meet her first."

"I'm ready when you are." Namjoon placed a reassuring hand overs Jin's. He new Jin was nervous, even if he said he wasn't. He knew his boyfriend inside and out.

When they got inside, Jin stuttered out their names. Namjoon decided to do the talking for the rest of the afternoon after that.

"You're cute, but don't talk." Namjoon whispered to Jin as they followed a woman down a hallway to the room Hyun was waiting in.

As she unlocked the door, Jin grabbed onto the younger's hand and squeezed as hard as he possibly could.

"Relax." Namjoon rubbed his thumb over the back of Jin's hand, "You're gonna be great."

"Hyun?" The woman spoke, a young girl looking up with big eyes, "This is Namjoon and Jin. They're here to play with you."

"Hi!" She rushed over to the tense couple, grabbing onto their legs.

"I'll leave you guys to it." The woman left with a smile.

"Hi Hyun! I'm Jin." Jin leaned down and stuck his hand out to shake hers. Hyun giggled and threw her arms around his neck in a hug. Jin returned it happily.

"Is this your boyfriend?" Hyun asked as she pulled away, realizing there was a second person in the room.

Jin nodded, "This is Namjoon."

"Nice to meet you, Hyun." Namjoon got the same greeting that Jin did.

"Let's play!" Hyun cheered, pulling the boys away to the piles of toys around the room. Turns out her favorite toy is Legos.

"What would you like to build?" Jin asked.

"A house! Then we can all live in it!" Hyun smiled.

"A house? That's a great idea!" Jin smiled back.

"How about you build your bedroom and we can build ours, then we can put them together and build the rest all together." Namjoon suggested. Hyun nodded excitedly.

They began to assemble their house, asking questions about one another as they played.

"Are you two going to be my dads?" Hyun asked at one point. Jin and Namjoon weren't sure how to answer.

"We hope so!" Jin said, choosing his words carefully. He didn't want to promise her and then lose her to another family. Though meeting her has guaranteed that they want her.

"When I go home with you, am I going to have my own room?" Hyun continued.

"Of course you would! What would you like your room to look like?" Namjoon asked, making sure to use 'would' instead of 'will'.

"I want it to be pink. With toys and stuffed animals all over the place. Oh! and a tv!" Hyun explained.

"Pink? I think we can do that." Namjoon elbowed Jin, they already shared the same favorite color.

"And toys are a must." Jin said, "But we can talk about the television."

"Deal." Hyun said before going back to playing. A little negotiator already.
