Chapter 1

It had been nearly six years since the start of my hate for Sirius Black, and here I sit, in the very room where my many years of torture began; In professor Slughorn's class, in that exact seat that I had "stolen" from Black years ago.

It had, by the near end of my first year, become my seat. Now, you may be wondering "Why is this chick going on about a dumb little thing like a chair?" well, I guess that you'll just have to wait and see.

Anyway, I usually sit alone in most of my classes as I'm not the most popular girl at Hogwarts. In fact, the few of the friends that I have are in two of my classes, tops.

In a daze, I watched as Slughorn waddled into the room and began a lesson in which I had taught myself all the way back in the fifth year.

No, I'm not a know-it-all, super smart, witch genius. Or at least not in all of my classes, only potions, which I'm extremely interested in.

With all of my other classes, I'm a complete fail.

This being another fact that you will learn more about later.

I had quickly completed todays assignment (making a "difficult" potion), and also finished up the homework.

After Slughorn had dismissed us, most students piled out of the classroom while I took my good ol' time, hoping thing on my way back to my dorm I wouldn't run into any one of the Marauders. Yes, the snotty, rude, bullies gave themselves a name. It was probably around third year when they prefered to be called the "Marauders". A pretty stupid name if you ask me.

Yet, of course, with my luck, waiting just outside of the potions room was that spectacular group of teenage boys. And, in fact, within seconds they had me cornered.

"Sup, Pattenfield?" James Potter, Sirius Black's best friend, spoke.

I didn't respond, I just looked down hoping that they would go away as I awaited the usual torture.

"What's that you've got there?" Sirius asked as he magically knocked my textbooks, books, quills, ink, and parchment onto the floor

I watched the parchment catch fire.

Then I watched the boys magically have the textbooks slam extremely close to my head, up against the wall that I was leaning against.

A real man would have been able to throw it like that without magic, and maybe even harder. I thought in my head.

Well actually, apparently it wasn't really in my head because Peter (it was his turn to throw) was the last person to slam a book.

"What did you just say?" James asked loudly, his eyebrows raised.

Now's my time, whip up the courage and say my comeback, or be my normal, cowardly self.

Eh, I'll be cowardly like normal today.

"A really man would have been able to throw it like that without magic."

Or not.

The three boys looked furious.

Where's Remus?

I awaited what the furious boys would do.

"Expelliarmus!" Sirius cried.

Wow, I still had my wand. That would have been a nice way to escape these fools.

James then performed the leg locking curse.

Why not the full body binding curse?

Like I said, they're fools.

One of them, I couldn't really see who- I'm too lazy- made my teeth become incredibly large. Which hurt like fuck.

Then, James decided to be smart and put the silencing charm on me.

"Wingardium Leviosa," said Peter after Sirius whispered something into his rather large ears. I felt myself rise into the air; a few feet above the boys' heads.

"Mobilicorpus," Sirius spoke nearly immediately after I had stopped rising and was just sitting there.

I felt small strings tightly wrap around my ankles, neck, and wrists.

All three of the boys laughed as they took turns pushing me, as I had the strings tied to me, I would spin out of control.

I quickly became incredibly dizzy.

Okay, this sucks.

~*~

By the time that I slowed down, the Marauders were gone, and I had no clue what had been happening to me throughout the past hour or two. Really, all that I remember is walking out of potions and spotting the Marauders. Oh, and I know that I have multiple, invisible strings tied to me that I was spinning because of. Or at least I think that that's why.

I tried to yell for help but my voice, well, wouldn't work.

So I guess that I'm going to have to find a way to get myself down.

Yeah, that didn't work out so well.

So for who knows how long, I just hung there, from the ceiling, on my invisible strings.

I could no longer feel my arms and legs- just thought that you'd like to know.

I don't understand how nobody knows that I'm here. I mean I'm only a few yards away from the potions room, and classes have been happening all day.

Finally, some random Slytherin noticed me and helped me get down to the ground.

No words were exchanged between the two of us. But whatever, because my voice still won't work.

I think that the Marauders put the Silencing charm on me.

Have I ever shared how much I hate them?

A/n this is probably wicked confusing. If it is, it's because I wrote this over like two weeks. Yeah over the past year my ADD has gotten really bad. But whatever. I just killed a bug. So yeah, sorry about the long wait. From now on I shall frequently upload this! AH! I can't believe that I spelled frequently right! Well, with the help of spell check. Hehe, well yeah ramble ramble ramble.

Is it bad that I don't even remember the main characters name?

Anybody got any ideas for this story? Cause I've got none. :(

So yeah, bye!
