Today is a joyous day for anyone living in the magical world. He Who Must Not Be Named has been overpowered by Hogwarts Headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. He Who Must Not Be Named broke in to the Ministry of Magic late last night to retrieve a prophecy from the Department of Mysteries. Aurors, Alice and Frank Longbottom were patrolling the area when the Death Eaters arrived. One Death Eater by the name of Bellatrix LeStrange took it upon herself to torture the Longbottoms by means of the illegal Cruciatus Curse. Alice Longbottom sent a Patronus to Dumbledore and he got there just in time.
Dumbledore got the Longbottoms to safety before coming back and dueling with He Who Must Not Be Named himself. Once he was defeated, the rest of the Death Eaters dispersed. The Longbottoms are recovering in St. Mungos while each of the captured Death Eaters will be trialled before being sent to Azkaban to serve time for their crimes.
