We had found the ascendant which with Bonnie's blood is supposed to get us out of here i want to tell her the way i feel but once we are out of here i have to get back to elena.

" bonnie can we talk"

" yeah when you tell me why this is your hell"

" fine! you want to know why this is my hell because on this day i did something that i would regret and have to live with for the rest of my eternity"

" ooh sounds personal " kai said

" shut the hell up" i said

and with that i proceeded to tell them and i knew that bonnie would look at me different but she needs to know

" please tell me you did not kill a pregnant woman?" she asked

"stefan compelled uncle zach to forget about the girlfriend and the baby then stefan left for about thirteen years we both did and when i saw uncle zach again i couldn't look at him without remembering that i had ruined everything so it was a relief when i got to kill him ok can we go back now "i said

"oh come on bonnie you wanna go back for your friends i wanna go back and give the rest of the gemini coven an excruciating death its a win win " kai said

"ok i know this guys not a model citizen bonnie but i gotta get back not just for elena but for my brother" i said

"i'm sorry damon" she said

" sorry dosent work for me "kai said and started to reach for bonnie

i pinned him to the wall "we may be having a bit of a disagreement but don't ever lay a hand on her"

" kind of a non issue now we missed todays eclipse, rain check for tomorrow?" he asked

" no " bonnie said and walked out of the house

later on that day we found out that we didnt need kais help and i killed him so we could leave

we were in the caves belove the suns highest point

bonnie cut her hand and started the spell when an arow came out of nowhere and shot bonnie

"forgetting someone, did you really think i hadnt tried to kill myself before? because i had lots of times lots of ways " he said

i rush to bonnie took the arrow out and kai tried to grab the acendant i tackled him he stuck an aroow it my chest

" bonnie go get out of here "

" im not going to make it, but you are "

" bonnie no dont make me leave you here "

she said the spell there was a flash of light and then i was in the salvatore crypt

stefan threw a bottle of burbon and i caught it he was speechless

" what gone a couple months , you think its ok to waste a perfectly good bottle of burbon?" i said

"Damon?"

" yep in the flesh"

" how am i seeing you right now?"

"cause im not dead stefa, i mean this stuff is good but its not icy dead people good. its a hell of a long story brother but im back, im back "

he put his hand on my shoulder and i nodded and he pulled me into a hug
