- 20 - I'll look after the kids

*The Next Day*
I put on a black tank top, black skinny jeans, a red checkered shirt and an infinity necklace, I put on some 'fake' glasses and grab a black back pack, I walk out of my wardrobe and burst into fits of laughter, Brooklyn takes one look at me and starts laughing to, coincidentally Brooklyn is wearing black jeans, a black shirt and a red and black checkered shirt
"Well that's not weird at all" mum says from the doorway, Brooklyn calms down but I keep laughing
"Kelly, I get it, it's funny how we are wearing the same thing but it's not that funny" I keep laughing so Brooklyn pulls me onto his lap and covers my mouth with his hand
"Anyway, builders are coming to day to fix the stair rails so if you two could possibly..." I try and get his hand off my mouth, oh idea, I lick his hand and he pulls it away
"Eww" I ignore him and say
"Ok ok I get it, we'll be gone in ten minutes"
"What about food?" Brooklyn whispers in my ear
"We can get starbucks" he groans and I smirk at him, mum walks out
"Come on princess" Brooklyn says and I stand and help him up, we walk down the stairs, making sure not to touch the rails and out of the front door, I get into the passenger seat of his car and he gets in
"What do you wanna do?"
"I dunno, why don't we call Kourtney and see if we can go over there"
"Ok, sure Kelly" I pull out my phone and dial kourts cell
"Aunt Kelly?"
"Penelope?"
"Aunt Kelly I'm scared mummy and daddy are yelling at each other and reign won't stop crying"
"Ok Penelope me and Brooklyn are on our way, we'll be there soon"
"Bye bye Kelly" I hang up and look at Brooklyn
"We have to go to kourtneys Now!" He nods and changes direction, ten minutes later I get out and shut the door behind me, I run through the front for with Brooklyn following behind me
"I can't keep doing this Scott, I can't trust you anymore"
"Well I'm taking the f*cking kids then"
"You don't even care about them, why do you want them"
"Because you want them"
"Scott, there my kids"
"Stop it! Do you know how much you're scaring the kids, Penelope, Mason pack some things I'll get reign" I yell and the two kids come running, reign wrapped tightly in masons arms
"You can't take them, your just a kid" Scott yells and I smirk at him
"I'm already a better parent then you'll ever be" he storms over and slaps me, Brooklyn pushes me out of the way gently and attacks Scott down on the ground
"Get the kids in the car" he says and I nod
"Follow me guys" I say and rush them out the front door, I go to Kourts car and get Mason and Penelope's car seats and put them into Brooklyn's car, I buckle the two older kids in and shut there doors, I gently grab reign from mason and yell to Brooklyn
"I've got them buckled hurry up" I get into my seat and buckle myself in, Brooklyn opens the car and shuts it behind him, speeding out of the driveway, I grab my phone and with one hand text Kourt
You two need to sort it out, I'll look after the kids until you do xx love you
She looked relieved when I came so I hope she doesn't hate me
"Let's go get the kids some clothes and toys" I say and Brooklyn smile
"Of course sweetie" we pull into the mall and I hold reign, Brooklyn unbuckles the two others and Penelope runs over to me, she hugs my leg
"Thank you for getting us" I smile down at her and put reign on one hip and gently grab her hand, we walk past about twenty paparazzi, ignoring their questions and the flashing lights, when we finally get inside the mall, we go straight to the baby store and buy a stroller, blanket, car seat, teddy and some clothes for reign, once we have payed I gently place the sleepy baby in the stroller and cover him in a blanket, I tuck the teddy in with him and but a dummy in his small mouth, I kiss his forehead and we go to a clothes store, Brooklyn and Mason go to the boys section and I go with Penelope and Reign to the girls part of the store
"Pick out some clothes princess" I say and Penelope smiles, she runs straight towards some pretty dresses and skirts so I go and pick out some pyjamas and a hair brush and clips and hair ties, she runs back over with her arms full of dresses and skirts, I help her into a dressing room and while she changes I grab some more outfits for her, I walk in to where she is and she tries on dozens of outfits, once P is done I grab all of the clothes we decided to buy and Penelope pushes reign to where were meeting the others
"Here let me help you" Brooklyn grabs the clothes and puts them in the basket with masons, we walk to the check out and once I buy the clothes, after arguing quietly with Brooklyn over who was paying, I load the bags into the bottom of reigns stroller and we walk to the food court, Mason, Penelope and Brooklyn get McDonalds, I get sushi and we all sit at a table, I steal some of Brooklyn's chips and give them to reign
"Kids after lunch we'll go to the toy store ok" Penelope and Mason both smile and nod, we go to the large toy store and mason gets a toy car and a large shark stuffed toy, Penelope gets a large Pink teddy bear and a princess crown and we get reign some blocks
"Kids go choose something else" Brooklyn says and I look at him
"What they need a present from their uncle brooklyn" he says and I smile, Penelope comes back with a princess colouring book and some crayons and mason comes back with a cute fluffy white bunny with a blue polka dot bow and a story book
"For reign" he says holding out the teddy, we buy all of the toys and put them with the clothes
"We should go before it gets late, I'll make dinner tonight" I say as I push the stroller, Penelope is holding onto the jeans and mason is having a piggy back ride on Brooklyn's back
"Ok babe" Brooklyn says from beside me, we walk out the front and paparazzi flood around us, I cover reigns face with a blanket and pick P up and put her on my hip
"Close your eyes" I whisper to her and go towards the car, as soon as I reach it I yank open and put Penelope in her seat, I put in reigns seat and put him in it gently buckling him in, I shut the door and go around to the back, I unload the shopping bags and attempt to fold up the stroller, I feel a hand on my back and see Brooklyn standing beside me
"Let me do it ok, you might want to double check masons seatbelt though" I kiss him on the cheek and go around to mason
"You kids alright?" I ask checking masons belt, the both nod and I shut the door gently, I walk to the passenger side and sit in my seat, Brooklyn gets in and we drive out of the mob of paps
*Jenner House*
"I'll get the kids you get the shopping?" I ask and Brooklyn nods, I unbuckle reign, mason and Penelope and carry reign into the house with me, Brooklyn follows behind with all of the things and I walk up to my room, leaving a confused mum and dad behind me, I lay reign on the bed surrounded by pillows and I help Brooklyn put their clothes in some draws in my wardrobe, I give Mason and Penelope their toys and pick up reign and we walk back downstairs
"Can you watch the kids while I make dinner?" Brooklyn nods and takes reign from me, Penelope sits down and colours and mason plays with his car, Brooklyn puts out a couple blocks which reign starts playing with I walk to the fridge and pull out some stuff to make food, after a half hour I put the food on the table and yell out
"Dinners ready" I hear quiet footsteps rip unending and Mason and Penelope sit in a chair, Brooklyn walks in with reign who I immediately grab
"It looks good, the kids obviously like it" he says pointing to where P is stuffing her face with macaroni and cheese and mason is gobbling up some bacon, I smile and sit down, with reign in my lap, I give him a bottle of milk and some baby food, I eat my dinner and then grab mine, reigns, the other two kids, who seem to have disappeared, and Brooklyn's plates, I load them into the dishwasher and clean the kitchen, I walk into the lounge and see the clock
"Ok kids, time for bed" the two older ones groan and I smile at them
"If you go it bed now we can have pancakes tomorrow" I say and they all follow me to my room, except reign who's being carried by Brooklyn, I grab the kids pyjamas and change reign into a onesie, I go to a cub board down the hall and pull two small mattresses into my room, I grab a pillow for each of them and get blankets, P walks over wearing a cute pink onesie with her hair down, and mason comes over wearing his Spider-Man pyjamas, I put them both in their 'beds' and sing wildest dreams to them until they're both asleep, I walk into my wardrobe and change my jeans for sweatpants and take off my top when Brooklyn walks in, I here a gasp as his eyes trail down my body,
"I new you cut but I had know idea it was this bad" I fold my arms over the cuts as best I can and he walks over, ignoring the fact I'm only wearing sweatpants and a bra
"I can't believe you thought hurting your beautiful skin was the only way to get through life" I look down ashamed but he gently moves my chin with his fingers so that I'm looking into his eyes
"I'm glad your still here" I smile at him and grab one of him shirts, I turn away from him and take off my bra and quickly slip the shirt over my head, I walk to my bed and tuck reign in with mason, pillows surrounding the three, I them climb into my bed and curl up before falling into a deep, deep sleep.
