Annabeth's POV
Annoying we've all been called that at one point. I pride myself in making people annoyed. I make people annoyed so that the don't annoy me. I know that doesn't sound logical but hey I'm no child of Athena.
" Soooooo." I said because I'm a very awkward person, mermaid, whatever you want to call me.
"Have you ever seen a normal person before?" He asked.
"I don't think I can call you normal owl head."
He laughed. "Kelp head." He said smirking.
"Wise boy."
"Seaweed brain."
I smiled "Insulting you is so fun!" I said.
"Jezz thanks..." He replied
"Oh come on you love insulting me too."
"Yeah I do fish girl."
"And I thought I was the most annoying person ever."
"I'm Percy." He said holding out his hand.
"Annabeth." I said shaking his hand.
"Pleasure to annoy you Annabeth." He said.I laughed. "See I'm funny." He responded.
"No you're not." I said. I dove under the water and swam away.
