WHAT IS YOUR WORTH?
This is the question that really got me thinking that one day a friend and I were talking.
What is my worth?
How about you?
What is your worth?
I remember answering "Priceless."
But then he asked me why?
Why was I priceless?
What makes a person priceless?
Hair? Lips? Curves? Eyes? Skin? Physical Attributes? Talents? Traits?
Is it because she's an actress, he's a football player, a singer, a writer, a politician, a teacher, a title holder. What?
I didn't know...
I could not answer.
But then he asked me another question.
And it bothered me that I did not know the answer,
"Let's put it this way; let's say, this whole room is the whole world. Each of us is pure. None made any mistakes, no one sinned. EXCEPT FOR YOU, do you still think that GOD will send His Son, Jesus, to die on that cross for you and you alone?"
I was speechless.
Was I that important?
Well, compared to the Son, I am nothing.
I am no one.
I don't deserve it.
For Jesus to die on the cross for me alone?
Pfft.
Who was I?
Then finally, I spoke. "He wouldn't"
My friend smiled at me, " Yes. He would."
Jesus would still die on that cross, even if it's just for you.
That's how much He loves you,
How much GOD loves you.
He loves you so much that He will still send His Son to save you.
From what you, yourself, had done.
He loves you so much.
And that is your worth.
You may be worthless for other people, you may be a good for nothing loser for them,
But for Him, you are worth the cross!!
Many people don't realise how much you really mean. What's your real worth.
They don't realise that whenever they say you are worthless, it's the same as saying they are worthless.
Why?
Because for Him, we are all worth it!
Jesus died for us.
For you!!
Maybe you didn't know this before, but you do now!
Maybe before you cannot share this message because you haven't seen it youself, but now you did!
Jesus died for our salvation.
Jesus died for us.
Jesus redeemed us from our sins,
What is our reason not to share it?!
Maybe you are afraid that no one will listen to you.
That no one will understand you.
Maybe you're afraid they'll think of you as a freak.
But thing is, what they think of you don't matter.
Or maybe, you think you don't have the power to share.
TRUE.
Because the power comes from the Gospel itself.
Not you, nor the people around you.
But from the Word that became flesh to save you.
The power to share is not of our own.
We have an infinite source of power through Christ out Lord.
You saw this for a reason, now speak!
