Chapter 3:: Sunrise and Promises

::I think we should head back:: he looked up at the sky and nodded as he rose to his feet

" I believe that to be a wise decision" he began walking to the door.

:: I meant to ask you earlier. what exactly happened with the Ribbon and Glitter?:: his face turned blue

" I would rather not speak of that particular incident." twinges of blue came into his face.

:: it can't be that bad :: he looked away obviously embarrassed.

"I wonder if anyone is looking for us?" he asked as he looked back at me.That was a good question I looked at my watch it was about seven maybe seven fifteen. most if not all the bots on the ship would be up by now or are getting up by now it is quite possible for someone to have come looking for us while we were watching the sunrise. Wait a minute did Orion just change the subject?! Oh! Well played Orion you win this round. Still I have to wonder did anyone come looking for us and if so who?

(Megatron pov)

" It seems we have successfully achieved control of Orion's spark. now to put his mind to work" i heard the door open and I turned and saw Soundwave " have you sanitized the data core" he nodded his reply " excellent our new archivist will need unlimited access to our files. it would be counter productive for him to stumble upon any sensitive information" he nodded " Oh and Soundwave be sure to monitor every iota of our new archivists invaluable research as well as the young human's interactions" Soundwave nodded and left as I began to make my way to Orion's quarters. Orion Pax would begin work on project Iocon immediately and I had a plan for his new little pet as well both would be of great value to the decepticon cause but the young human would need to be watched as would Orion if either one became aware of my current deception everything I have worked for would be gone. I turned the corner to Orion's room. It was located in direct proximity of the energon storage vault so that i could monitor his comings and goings without his knowledge I am so clever. i  went inside to find he was not there! how is this possible!!! What if ? no he couldn't have! i barreled out of his quarters only to ram right into another mech. I fell to the ground my helm pounding from the impact. i heard the other mech fall to the floor and groan; serves him right for getting in my way. I shook my helm to clear it and looked up to see the mech i had run into was none other than Orion and his pet. Orion was sprawled out groaning and his pet was in his hand sprawled out twitching slightly. " Orion are you alright?" i asked  he sat up

" I am fine Lord Megatron." he looked down at the young human" Annabeth are you alright?" the young human raised it's right arm and gave a 'thumbs up' as they call it and sat up quickly rubbing it's head.

My head was pounding i rubbed my head and lowered my arm. I looked up at Lord Megatron and waved he didn't look happy. I looked behind him to see the door to Orion's room open. oh great someone had been looking for us that's perfect way to jinx us Orion. He offered a hand to Orion and Orion took it and used it to help him stand.

" Orion would you mind telling me where you were?" asked Lord Megatron an edge in his voice.

" Lord Megatron there is no reason to worry Annabeth and I were simply watching the Sun rise from the flight deck " replied Orion.

" I see." he paused for a second obviously  in thought "come Orion we have much to discuss and bring the child" he began to walk back to Orion's quarters. I looked at Orion as he began to fallow Lord Megatron.

:: Are we in trouble?::

" I do not believe so" he replied as we fallowed Lord Megatron back into Orion's quarters.
