Keep your calm

We walked over to the 'Monster' stage, considering we were 4 hours early we got right to the front elbowing anyone who got in our way. More than once I saw another eager fan give us a dirty look. I just pretended to not notice and carried on walking.

"I swear to God one more dirty look from them girls standing over there and I am seriously going to punch them" Rhoda said not so discreetly. I craned my neck to the side to look in the direction Rhoda was glaring. A bunch of about 5 girls were looking at me and Rhoda with turned up noses. "Just ignore them" I grumbled turning back to Rhoda, I could feel their eyes boring holes into my back. What was their deal?!

Me and Rhoda idly chatted and fan-girled about Pierce the Veil until the show was about to start. People had been running on and off stage every now and then setting up instruments and getting microphones ready. Mikes drums were rolled on stage just as more people filed into the back of the stage area. I was literally buzzing with excitement when the boys came running on stage.

"HELLOOOOO WOLVERHAMPTON!!!!" Vic shouted at the top of his voice.

We screamed back and jumped up and down, we must have made a lot of noise as Vic looked down at us and laughed. Rhoda turned round to where the group of girls were standing with gaping mouths and gave them a satisfied smile. I grinned at Vic and Rhoda in turn.

They kicked off with King For a Day featuring Kellin Quinn then moved into Bulletproof Love.

During Hell Above I was dancing and jumping about watching Tony play the guitar, you could tell he loved what he did, his eyes flicking over the crowd and smiling warmly at a few fans. Then he turned his gaze to me. My whole world stopped as his big brown pools of eyes stared directly into my striking blue eyes. He continued to play the guitar but didn't seem as focussed on it as he had been when he was looking over the crowd. The corners of his mouth turned up making his face look really cute. Oh. My. God. I went weak at the knees and tried to support myself on the bar in front of me. I grinned back at him which probably made me look like a right idiot but I didn't care, Tony Perry was staring at me, smiling. Wow.

They sung a few more songs then announced that their time was up and Memphis May Fire would be up next. I pouted a bit at the fact that they were finishing but at least now it was time to go and meet them!

Just as we were about to make our way to the gate at the end of the shiny silver railings I saw someone leaning in towards me. I looked up to see Tony Perry leaning over the railings holding out his guitar pick with Pierce the Veils 'Collide with the Sky' theme printed onto it. He was so close I could feel the heat radiating from his body. The smell of Lynx and sweat mixed together filled my nostrils as I took in his appearance. He was so hot.

He took my hand and placed the pick in it and closed his hand over mine.

"Hope you enjoyed the show" He said in that beautiful American accent of his. I felt my heart melt inside my chest as he looked deep into my eyes for the 2nd time that night. His eyes raking over my body.

I blushed a bit then answered with a huge, goofy grin, "y-y-yeah you guys are awesome! Hell Above was definitely my favourite song, and obviously you were great but so were the guys and..." I stopped because I realised I was rabbling. I blushed and bit my lip shaking my head feeling really embarrassed. I looked up to see Tony laughing and Rhoda stood there gawping, flipping her eyes back and forth between me and Tony.

"Well anyway Ive gotta run, I guess I'll see you round" Tony said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. Great. I meet Tony Perry and make an embarrassment of my self. Smooth.

I looked round to see Rhoda grinning like a child at Christmas. "y-y-you j-just spoke to Tony p-pery" she stuttered trying to grasp hold of her words. I frowned "yeah and made a total idiot of my self. Why cant I do anything right UGH" I said throwing my arms up in the air. As we walked out of the gate and showed our passes to get back stage Rhoda grabbed my arms and turned me to face her "are you kidding me?! He is S O into you, he was looking at you the whole way through the concert and then he came and talked to you! AND you got his guitar pick!" I shuffled on my feet as we joined the short queue to meet PTV. "Yeah I guess so, we'll soon find out what he thinks wont we" I replied gesturing to wear the boys were sitting. Rhoda nodded her approval and then moved forward in the line.
