(Masky's P.O.V.)

"Masky. Masky. Masky. Masky," a voice echoes slightly, throughout my small, grey room.

"Huh?" I grumble and open my eyes a bit.

I see Sally standing at the side of my bed, her brown hair in a high ponytail complete with a small, pink bow.

"Uncle Slendy said he needs to talk to you."

I let out a deep sigh and stretch, causing my spine to pop in a ripple.

Sally giggles, blows me a kiss, and skips out of the room.

This should be fun.

I crawl out of bed and get dressed, not caring that I'm wearing one yellow sock and one white one. I sigh again and walk downstairs to the kitchen.

I look around the cream colored room and at the very traditional setup. My eyes then land on the blood covered butcher knife on the counter. I roll my eyes at the disgusting mess.

I then walk to the breakfast nook where my friend was hunched over something on the counter.

"Hi, Jack," I say, to my eyeless friend.

He replies with a simple nod of the head.

My face scrunches up in disgust as the scent of gore and meat wafts into my nose and coats my tastebuds. He has a bowl of organs laying in front of him, tainting the vanilla scented room.

I grab a slice of cheesecake from the fridge and quickly scarf it down. I nod goodbye to Jack and quickly exit.

I walk into the living room and see Ben playing video games, as usual. I look around for Slenderman, but don't see him.

"Ben, where's Slenderman?" I ask.

"I don't know where Slendy is, man. You could try his room, though," Ben replies, without taking his eyes off the screen.

I trudge back up the stairs, passing Jane and Hoodie along the way. I ignore them and walk down the hall. I stop in front of a big, black door at the end of the seemingly infinite hallway. I gulp.

Here goes nothing.

I gently knock on the door, holding my breath the entire time my knuckles touch the cold wood.

"Come in," a deep voice says, muffled by the wooden barrier between us.

It still puzzles me how Slenderman can talk without a mouth. I'll have to ask him sometime.

I slowly open the door and peek in.

Slenderman is sitting on a large, black, leather chair. I slowly walk in and shut the door gently. I shuffle forward and stand in front of him.

"Hello, Masky, my always reliable proxy," he says in his deep, booming voice.

"Hello, sir. What did you need?" I ask him, quietly.

He sighs and his shoulders slump for a moment before he regains his stance.

"Well, you see... Jeff has gone missing and you're the most responsible by far, so I need you to go find him. He went east into the forest. His last known whereabouts are at the lake in the eastern part of the forest, which is where Eyeless Jack saw him. Will you please go find him?" He asks.

"Of course. I will set out at once," I reply and stepped out of his room.

The moment I shut the door, I let out an exasperated groan.

"This is just great," I mumble and head down the stairs.

I walk outside and stand in front of the huge mansion. I look at the horizon and began walking east, starting my quest in search of Jeff.
