Harry's POV. (WOO HOO!)
There was just something about her. I can't quite work out what it is. When I say she's 'The most beautiful girl I've ever seen walk the earth,' I truly mean it. She's so flawless and beautiful.
She has the most beautiful brown hair that cascades down her back with different shades and tones intertwined so delicately with each hair. Her eyes were the most gorgeous brown eyes I've ever seen. They looked quite similar to Zayn's only Belle's were unique and had a little sparkle in them.
I loved being able to have a real conversation with her. A meaningful one.
I loved how she could act herself around me and didn't feel like she had to put on a brave face for me. If she wanted to cry, she did and I would sit and hold her tightly in my arms until every last tear had evaporated off her delicate face.
I knew when I first saw her- well bumped into her that we were going to be friends.
I texted the boys earlier telling them to continue visiting the patients and to pick me up when they were done. I didn't want to leave Belle.
I don't know why she's in here but I want to wait and find out, when she feels she is ready to tell me. I could easily ask Louise, her nurse or even just look at the clipboard at the end of the bed but I knew Belle would tell me when she was ready and when she wanted to tell me.
"Hey, Haz," her soft voice speaks. I loved that she felt comfortable enough to give me nicknames. I mean I've only known her for about 2 hours now and I've got the nick names 'Haz', 'Hazza', 'Curly' and 'Harry Bear'. I had to find some good nicknames to give Belle so I decided on 'Belly', 'Belle Bear' and the usual 'babe', 'love' and all that. She had a hard name to find nicknames out of but she made times to find them for me so I made time to make some for her.
"Yeah, Belly?" I reply, smiling at her.
"Can we watch a movie?" She asks, her innocent brown eyes look up to mine.
"Ofcourse! What movie do you wanna watch, love?"
"Can we watch 'Finding Nemo? I love that movie." She questions me.
I laugh at her choice, I loved how she was 17 but still acted like child.
"Sure!" I smirk.
Belle gets up to go put the DVD in the DVD player above the bed next to the tv. I watch as she jumps up and struggles to place the DVD in the actual player. It was cute how she was determined on getting it in there.
Oh god, that sounded so wrong.
Oh well.
I am a teenage boy.
I stand up and walk over to Belle. "Need some help there?" I ask Belly.
"I'm fine, thank you very much." She states clearly.
It's quite obvious she isn't going to let me help her so instead I lift her up from her waist and put her on my shoulders so she can put the DVD in. She puts it in and presses 'play', so I start to lower her down, watching the wires and making sure they don't get tangled around her tiny body.
"Thank you, Harry." She smiles.
"Not a problem. We make a good team." I wink at her.
She giggles before saying, "I guess we do."
She goes and lays down on her bed and I sit at the end of it, watching as the opening credits start to play. I keep my eyes on the TV until I hear small chuckles coming from behind me. I turn around to see Belle giggling and smiling at me.
"What are you laughing at, Belle Bear?" I ask, curiously.
"You know you can lie down with me. You don't have to sit at the end of the bed, cross-legged looking straight up at the TV." She smirks.
I don't even think about it. I place my head next to hers and intertwine my long fingers with her tiny ones.
She smiles at me and continues watching the movie.
"42 Wallaby Way, Sydney." 'Dory' reads from the goggles.
I look over at Belle to see her speaking every line of the movie. It must be her favourite movie, I have to make a mental note of that.
"Sorry to interrupt, I just have to fix Belle's Drip." Louise interrupts, from the door.
"No problem." I smile, sitting up and placing myself at the end of the bed.
I watch slowly as Louise takes one needle out of Belle's hand and places another one in. I hate needles, even seeing someone get one makes me anxious so I was glad that part of the process had gone about quickly. Next, Louise changes the little plastic packet of liquid over to a blue packet of liquid.
"I know you're favourite colour's blue, so I made sure to order your medicine in blue! How cool does it look?" Louise talks to Belle.
"Wow! Thanks, Louise! It looks amazing!" Belle seemed genuinely excited which made me smile.
"No worries, babe! You're all done and I'll leave you two to watch your movie in private. If you need anything, I'm just a button away!" Louise points to the 'Nurse Attendance Required' button.
Louise walks out closing the door, behind her. "Now, where were we?" I cheekily remark, causing Belle to roll her eyes at me.
"We were watching 'Finding Nemo', you forgetful child." She chuckles.
I lay back down next to her and pull the thin white blanket over us. I look down at Belle seeing her resting her head on my shoulder. God, she's so beautiful.
It's getting late, Belle's starting to fall asleep so I decide to have a little nap until the boys come and pick me up. I turn on my side and flip Belle, so her back is in contact with my chest. I place a 'protective arm' around her.
"Goodnight, Beautiful." I whisper to Belle, as I kiss her on the cheek and slowly drift of into a dark sleep.
