Dean- He wakes you up and hugs you until your body stops shaking and you can tell him what it was about.
Sam- After waking you up, he pulls you onto his chest and kisses your head in an attempt to calm you down.
Castiel- Gets you some water and you guys just talk until you fall asleep.
Kevin- He takes you to the living room and the two of you watch a movie until you fall asleep.
