"Dr Shepherd Seattle's on the phone" a receptionist said interrupting my meeting
"Ok" I said picking up the phone
"Hello"
"Derek its Meredith something's wrong you need to get back here" Arizona said through the phone
"What's wrong"
"Derek just get back here" she said before hanging up the phone
"Gentlemen I have to go there's a emergency in Seattle" I said packing up my laptop and walking out.
Seattle
"Arizona what's going on" Callie asked
"She's having a very slow miscarriage" she replied
"Oh god and I bet she didn't know she was pregnant"
"No she didn't know but she wanted me to find out for her she was around 4-5 weeks" she said and Callie's face dropped
4 hours later
"Where is she" I asked approaching Arizona
"Derek she's in room 401 but Derek she just found out what happened" she replied but I didn't listen and I just ran in. When I got in there Meredith was on her side staring at the wall.
"Oh Meredith" I said lying behind her
"I'm so so sorry Derek I lost our baby"
"What baby? April told me it was your appendix"
"Derek I was 4-5 weeks pregnant and I didn't even know" she said starting to tear up
"It's ok Mer come here" I said letting her fall into my arms and she let everything out she cried and cried and cried until she couldn't cry anymore
"I love you Derek"
"I love you too Mer" I replied planting a kiss on her head.
