"Nate, what is going on?" I asked as he paced around the cabin.
"How could I be so blind. I knew that we had a good connection from the beginning but I never imagined this..." He started rambling just like Peter.
"Nate, please!" I yelled.
This time, my words seemed to reach his ears as he stopped in his place and looked at me.
"What is going on? Why won't anybody tell me what's happening?" I questioned.
Nate stared at me for a bit more before slowly making his way to my bed. He hovered over me and I had to look slightly up so that I could look at his face.
He seemed pale, as if he had seen a ghost.
His hand moved towards my face, cupping it. I leaned towards it, feeling a bit relaxed by the gentle touch. I closed my eyes for a split second before looking up at him again. Making eye contact.
He seemed taken aback, tensed up but he losened up and bowed over, planting a kiss on my forehead. I closed my eyes at the gesture as warmness took over me.
"I'll be back. I promise." He whispered hotly in my ear, if I could stand, my knees would have turned to jelly.
And with that, he exited my cabin. Leaving me with my thousand questions.

"I SAID TAKE HER AWAY!!" Yelled Peter.
I watched as Nate lifted Jade up in his arms. I furrowed my eyebrows as I watched her try to wiggle out of his strong grasp. She yelled for me but my mouth didn't move so that I could call for her.
"Everybody, take a break. Do whatever you want but stay, out of trouble." Peter then ordered and the Lost Boys slowly started to walk away.
The shocked and surprised looks never left their faces though. I looked around me, taking in the place that I had missed so so much. I couldn't believe that I had finally returned. But most importantly...
I couldn't believe they had found Jade and brought her here.
Peter immediately rushed towards me. He cut the ropes that were around my wrists and ankles and helped me walk towards his tree house.
I had been injured for a little while now since Storybrooke had turned to ice. Well...almost turned into ice.
Maybe it was good that Jade wasn't there at the time...
Peter let me sit on a chair and gave me some water to drink. He studied my movements, my face. Everything.
I put the wooden cup on a table and looked around the treehouse. This wasn't here the last time.
"You've changed." Peter spoke up, making me snap my attention back to him.
He was sitting on a chair, opposite of me. His elbows resting on his upper legs and his hands entwined. His eyes were studying me, they held happiness in them. He looked exactly the way I left him. But less broken.
"Don't we all?" I stated.
"I don't. The boys outside don't." Peter replied.
"Maybe you don't change on the outside-" I stood up slowly as the words left my lips.
I walked over to Peter and kneeled down beside him, my hand resting on his right knee and my eyes never leaving his face. The man of my dreams was still there. Looking back at me through those emerald green eyes which I oh so loved.
"-But you do change on the inside." I finished my sentence.
Peter stared at me. And then, he bowed down and his lips met my own. His hands cupped my face and I kissed him back. The gentle kisses turned lustful as Peter's hands wandered down to my waist, forcing me to sit on his lap. I didn't mind though.
My hands ran through his dark blonde hair and I smiled in between kisses.
We pulled away and stared into each others eyes again.
"I've missed you so much." Peter whispered.
"I've missed you too." I replied.
We smiled at each other.
"So....I see you and teenage Jade have met." I stated, playing with his collar.
Peter looked down, the smile never leaving his lips.
"Yes. I have. She's a bit of a rebel, just like you." He said.
I chuckled but it faded away.
"But you didn't know it was her." I spoke up, sadness dripping from my voice.
Peter's smile left his lips as he cleared his throat.
"I had my moments of suspicion....but no, I didn't know it was her." He admitted.
"How? She has so much of your qualities. Growing up she just...she just looked so much like you. And I never imagined her pulling off a fake profile here." I said.
"I don't know why she did that either, she definetely doesn't have that from you or me. But like I said, there was suspicion at times." Peter announced.
"She reminded me of you, Grace. Jade has the stubborn, carefree, funny things that reminded me of you. And then there was the posture. And then there was the eyes which are so similar to mine. Hell, I don't even know why it never crossed my mind. I didn't know that my child was here, among us. That's pathetic." He laughed dryly.
My index finger found a way to Peter's chin, turning his head to face me. My eyes met his once more and I planted a soft, gentle kiss on his lips.
"You didn't know. You couldn't imagine that you would see her again and yet here we are." I pointed out.
Peter nodded his head and pecked my lips.
"So...what now?" I asked.
Peter looked down and put his hand upon my own.
"Now. We decide what to do next." He announced but it sounded more like a suggestion.
No words had to be shared as I immediately caught up on what he actually meant. And hesitation grew inside of me as I thought of the consequences. Peter seemed pretty keen on the idea as happiness flickered in his eyes. I smiled but it was a forced one.
Oh, I wondered.
