I get a call in the middle of the night from my mom.When I answered the phone, she started cursing my ass out.

Mom: WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU!! WHY HAVEN'T YOU BEEN ANSWERING YOUR DAMN PHONE!!

Me: mom chill! (I replied)I've been at the hotel with Kevin. I needed to get away for a little while.

Mom: what's going on? *(she asked),and that still doesn't have shit to do with you not answering your phone little girl.

Me: nothing mom! I'm OK, just felt cooped up at home and needed to Leave. I'll be back in the morning though.

Mom: ok, but you know that I know when somethings wrong with my daughter. I can hear it in your voice, but I will let it slide. I love you honey and I'll see you tomorrow.

Me: I love you too *(I replied hanging up the phone)

It still amazes me how i am a 22 year old, grown ass woman,and my mom still calls me little girl. I guess in her eyes, I will always be her little girl. So of course I ignored it like always. Kevin started moving around, I'm hoping that I didn't wake him. I guess I did because he turned to me and asked...

Kevin: who was you on the phone with?? *(he asked)

Me: you are so nosey! *(I replied). No one babe, just my mom asking where I was.

Kevin: be quiet *(he said) did you tell her where you were?

Me: bae of course I did
*(I replied going back to sleep)

The next day, Kevin and I woke up, we got in the shower and started getting dressed. Today is the day we were scheduled to leave the hotel. I really didn't want to go, because I really was enjoying the alone time that I was having with Kevin. I also didnt want to get back to this harsh ass reality called life. It was so quiet on are car ride home. Maybe it was because my nerves were coming back, or I was more worried about what Kevin was going to do when he wasn't in my site.

When we pulled up at my house. My mom and dad was sitting on the porch, laughing and drinking beers. I thought to myself "why are they drinking this early". I get out the car and walk over to them. Kevin waved bye out the window and quickly pulled off. I joined my mom and dad sitting on the porch.

Me: Hey y'all *(I said) what y'all doing outside this early drinking?

Them: Hey baby.

Dad: what what are you talking? about this aint no liquor! this our coffee (he replied).

Mom: Yeah what he said! The hell wrong with her? *(She jokingly asked)

Me: omg y'all two are crazy *(I replied). I'll be back.

When I go in the house. I hear my sister destiny blasting her radio, singing Trey Songz- I don't want to leave. Damn! it was like she read my mind because that's exactly how I was feeling at the moment. Starting to feel the music, I began to sing along..

I guess I was singing louder than the music, because my little sister destiny came out of her room, looking at me laughing. I started laughing with her because, I knew my voice was so loud. The whole house could hear me.

Destiny: girl why you messing up my song? (she asked while laughing)

Me: child please!! *(I replied) I can sing lil girl.

Before destiny could respond, I get a call from Kevins mom. When I answered she asked me where Kevin was. My heart immediately dropped when she said that. He told me that he was going straight home when we left the hotel. So where the fuck could he be?
