A/N: Heyyy I'm alive! I've always been alive. Again, I don't want to say too much, but this is 200% because of the comments I keep receiving on this fic, whether from new readers or rereaders :D your enjoyment encouraged me to look back and realise hey, I really did love writing this fic, it seriously was so fun, and I want more of Message In a Bottle :D so seriously, thank you to all of you still here <3

If you've noticed a lack of our favourite eboy in the last few chapters, don't worry, he's back. And I'm also back with my favourite thing to do to Eugene :) making him suffer lol ;))

Eugene is going off into a Direction but he's dramatic and like sixteen so there's that. I was honestly like him around that age. Representation for sad unhinged teenagers thinking they're the worst person in the world but they're actually just going through the age of sixteen.

(Fun fact: 19 is one of the worst ages I've experienced so far. One of the redeeming things is that Speak Now TV came out when I was 19.)

2026 update: I am currently 22 and 19 is still the worst age I've experienced LOL.
