(The next day)
Aki and everyone else went to the hospital to check on Tenma and see how is he doing. But when they went to the hospital, a nurse came up to them and said that they cannot see Tenma right now.
"EEHHH! But why!?" Shinsuke said
"Did something happened?" Shindou said
"Well, yes. This morning Tenma's fever went up again, and it is higher than last night." the nurse said
"How high?" Endou asked
"Last night was 45, today 48." The nurse said
"That high..."
"Yeah..."
"Well excuse me, I have some other works to do. You all can wait in the waiting room, the nurse there will inform you when you can see Tenma again." The nurse said
"Aah arigatou." Shindou said
After that conversation, they all went to the waiting room.

"I cant believe Tenma is getting worse.." Aoi
Everybody was silent.
"There must be something that can cure him!" Sakura said
Again, they all said nothing.
(About 20-30 minutes later)
The nurse said that they can go and see Tenma now. After hearing that, they all rush into Tenma's room, but before they went into the room they saw the doctor, Taiyou and Yuuchi there, their standing infront of the room talking about something, Taiyou was crying and Yuuchi was comforting him, the doctor just let out a sigh. When they finally reach infront of Tenma's hospital room.
"Doctor is Tenma going to be okay?" Endou asked
"Well... For now but..."
"But what!?" Shindou said
"But I'm afraid that he wont be seeing you all soon." The doctor said
"Wha-what do you mean?" Shinsuke asked confusingly.
"This morning Tenma's fever went high, high enough to put Tenma in a coma. We dont know when he will wake up. I'm sorry but we're doing the best we can to help this boy." The doctor said while sighing again.
"Noo way... Seriously..." Aoi said while putting her hand on her mouth.
"Taiyou-san! Yuuchi-san! please tell me this is a joke!" Shinsuke said
"I'm sorry but I have some medicine works to do. And you all can go in to see Tenma now." The doctor said
And with that the doctor left them.

When they walk inside the room, they saw Tenma with an oxygen mask, some wires attached on Tenma body and ice packs on Tenma's arm, chest, leg, forehead and body.
They noticed that Tenma is breathing heavily.
"I can't believe what I'm seeing." Ibuki said
"Why does it have to be Captain... Out of all the bad people... Why captain?" Morimura said
"Morimura..."
Hours past, nothing much happened. Some of them was crying and a lot of depressing things.

(3 months later)
"He's never gonna wake up is he?" Shinsuke said while holding Tenma's left hand.
"He will... Soon..." Shindou said
For the past three months, they have a lot of difficulties. They went through really tough or easy times, every single day they all would gather in Tenma's room and share their stories of what they did. No matter how many times they pray, wish or hope that Tenma wakes up soon, but it all just turned into a big dissapointment.
It took them awhile to at least get a little spirit to play soccer again, they learned that even though their captain is in bad condition but they know that Tenma wouldn't want to see them depressed and stop playing soccer. How did they get their spirits up again? Well don't forget that they also have a soccer freak coach.
-back to present-
"You know he is not gonna wake up soon." Shinsuke said with tears in his eyes
Shindou just look down, Kirino patted his shoulder.
"He's just sad that's all." Kirino said with a sad smile.
"Ah.."
Suddenly they heard a knock on the door, turns out it was the doctor.
Every single day the nurse or the doctor comes into the room and check on Tenma, sometimes Tenma's fever is lower or higher. Tenma's highest fever was 50, everybody panicked, cried and a lot of disaster, but Tenma's lowest fever was 39 still quite high though.
"You know, I'm quite impressed that he is still alive." The doctor said while checking his temparature.
"Usually it only took 1 or 2 months for them to live." The doctor continued
The others just smile
"He's a pretty lucky boy, maybe there is a chance for him to live." The doctor said
"Really! THERE MIGHT BE A CHANCE FOR HIM TO LIVEEE!!!" Shinsuke said while jumping up and down, Taiyou joined too
"Oi! Shinsuke, Taiyou stop it!" Shindou said
"Is there really a possibility that he can live?" Yuuchi said
"Well, I'm not sure but there might be."
-Time flew-
They all shared their stories and went back home, Taiyou and Yuuchi went back to their rooms.
