It has 6 elite members( who each have a book in the series and you'll know who they are later while reading :) who underwent a rigorous process to be chosen since they must be impressively skilled and familiar in the Dark web, hacking, the internet exc. ghost wire is one of the most powerful and dangerous group of hackers in the world and are all evil. EACH SINGLE ONE. you will despise and hate them in the begining...but oh boy trust me...
