'Wrong' But Feels So 'Right'

Chapter 2

          Sorry I know I have not updated in a while and my last one was pretty small so hope you like this one.

          When the man opened the door I really had no idea what to say. I mean there is s random guy in the middle of my door that I have never seen before and somehow knows MY name. OMG AM I GOING TO BE MURDERED?!!!
         After a few seconds he sees my reaction and says " oh gees sorry I must have frightened you." Well finally making space so I can come in and clearing his throat he says  "Well my name is James, I am a friend of your mothers. She is up stairs right now if you want to see her."
        After he clears that up I relax a little and enter the house. " oh well nice to meet you James, I am just going to see what my mother is up to. I am sure she will be down in a minute".
         I go up stairs to put my things in my room and than walk into my mothers. She was looking into the mirror well putting on some makeup, not that she really needed it. See the thing is my mom is well as my father use to say 'stunning' and I mean it. That is why I like that we look so much alike. The same light brown hair, the same cheek bones, the same lips. My hair is a little bit more wavy than hers and we don't have the same nose, but hey at least I don't have a big nose.
         When my mom finally notices me she smiles and says " Hey sweetheart, do you need something?" Well putting the finale touches on her makeup.

          " um yeah, who is James?" I ask curiously

          My mom blushes a little bit and finally says something " oh right". She seems like she can't stop smiling " well the thing is i'm kind of going out with him"

          "Oh is he one of your clients or something" I ask. When she usually goes out it is with one of her clients or investors.
          She looks at me a little bit nervously. I can tell because she bits her lip when ever that happens. Which is another thing we have in common. "No I mean like on a date"
          I look at her in shock. Well I was definitely not expecting that."wow mom, well this is something new. Should I be expecting to see other guys"
          My mom shook her head rapidly and said " honey it is not something that I just decided to do. It's just when I met James feeling's started bubbling up that I though I would never feel again." She had the best smile on her face and I was actually very happy for her.
          She grabbed her purse then looked at me for reassurance. I gave her a big hug and whispered in her ear " I am so proud of you mom" I stepped back and she looked like she was nearly about to cry of joy. so I gave her a smile and told her to go down stairs.
         We walking down the stairs when I asked "How long have you been dating"
        She smiles and says "3 months ". To say I was shocked should be a understatement but I didn't press on it.
        We reach the end of the steps and walked to the door. James smiles widely well looking at my mom and says "you look beautiful Loren" and opens the front door for her.
         When they start walking out I say " goodbye have fun just not to much fun" I look at her in a joking manner.
        She giggles a little bit well rolling her eyes and starts dragging James to the car. I close the door and started thinking. I really am proud of my mom but I wonder what's going to change.

Hello readers so I just re-read this one and realized it really isn't as good as I thought it was and I will edit it but not right now since I got a lot of stuff on my plate, but that does not mean I will not update chapters regular I am just asking you to bare with me thorough my mistakes.
