After school I went straight home. My mother seemed to be in a good mood, and nervous about something so I was hoping to check up on her,but then again she has been acting a lot like that lately.I wanted to say somthing but I decide why spoil her good new aditude. She never really got like this. Not since my father died.

Are house was not actally like a normal family home. It wasn't a mansion, but it was pretty big. My mom has this big fasion line and gets noticed a lot. She used to get busy a lot after my father died but has gotton better about it. My point is though is that is were all the money comes from and because of that we live in this gorgeous house that is too big for just me and my mom. You would think' just get a new place' but this place has to many memories that I can't think of living anywhere else.
When my house got into view after a long walk home I couldn't wait to take a nice relaxing peaceful bath. With my friend Bailey not giving me a ride home like she usually does my feet where sore, but I'm not mad at her she finally got this guy to ask her out that she has been eyeing on for the past 2 months.
Well I was going up the drive way I realized that there was a car. You would think it was my mom's but it's not and she always put her car in the garage.
When I was getting close to the door I started checking my bag for the keys. I realized they weren't in here so I rang the door bell so my mom could let me in, but instead It was opened by a man that I have never seen before that looked like he was in his 40's.
He finally said something with me still with a confused expression on my face " Hi, you must be Caroline".
