Music swells.

Laughter. The pups are running. Ryder smiling.
Ryder (laughing):
"Hey, Katie, you're the only one who remembers all these passwords."
Katie smiles.
But it doesn't reach her eyes.
Music shifts. A low heartbeat begins.
Quick flashes:
— A phone lighting up with an unknown contact: D.
— Katie is stepping outside at night.
— A whispered voice through static: "We need the access updates."
— Katie hesitates... then quietly responds, "I'll send them."
Cut to text on screen:
SHE WAS SENT AWAY TO BE SAFE.
Flashback: Young Katie getting into a car, looking back as her father turns away.
BUT SHE NEVER REALLY LEFT.
Cut to Katie typing late at night.
Encrypted file transfer.
Security systems updating.
Ryder's voice, confused:
"Why are the systems glitching? Katie, did something change?"
Katie freezes.
Music swells into something emotional and powerful.

Her voiceover, breaking:
"I thought I could be botht I could protect everyone. I thought... if I gave them just enough... they'd never come here."
A single tear falls.
Her father, one last line:
"It's time to come home, Katerina."
Explosive orchestral swell.

— Ryder reaches for her as she steps back.

Final text on screen:

Katie turns around, eyes fierce, tears still there.
