"How curly are we talking?" I ask. She takes some silver rod and wraps her hair around it, sending it falling down her shoulder in a loose wave. I nod, approving the curl. "Come over my house before your date, Brick wanted to show you some stupid book thing or something." I say, walking to her to kiss her head before exiting her room.

Becca POV

I walk over to the Heck house, opening the unlocked front door only to be faced with Axl and Sue fighting. "She's my best friend! Not yours! Find your own!" Axl yells at his younger sister, sending a pout to her face. I cough, catching their attention. "Becca! Tell Sue that you're my best friend and that she needs to stop inviting you to stupid school things during my football games." Axl says cockily, as if he knows I'm going to stick up for him.

"Calm down, both of you. I'm sure I can finagle a way to make it to both events, okay? Sue, what did you want me to go to?" I ask, watching her face lighten up, a smile crossing her features as her eyes turn into small crescents. Knowing how weird Axl gets about me not going to his games, I try to keep him as calm as possible.

When I left for school three years ago, he was devastated. Not only because I was leaving him here, but because I wouldn't be able to go to his sporting events. Ever since we were little, Axl made it his mission to make sure I was at every game he played, whether it be football, basketball or baseball. But when I was away, Skype had to suffice. The webcam chat consisted me of building Axl's ego up even more so that he would play his best, knowing he was playing his best.

"I started a cheerleading group called the wrestlerettes, and we are performing friday night." Sue explains, looking so happy about her accomplishment. Axl rolls his eyes at her, trying to start fighting again before I lift my finger to his lips, pushing his near naked form onto the couch. I ask Sue to sit as well while I take a seat on Axl's lap. I lay my legs across Sue's, removing Axl's start hairs from his face.

"Okay, Axl has his first game on Friday night and Sue, you know that Axl and I's ritual is a very important thing to him. Wrestling is Wednesdays and Fridays right?" She nods at me. "So, how about I go Wednesday, and go to Axl's game on Friday? That way you both get a dose of me." I grin, feeling Axl's hand pressing against my hip. Both of the Heck teens nod at me, agreeing on that simple conclusion.

Sue bounds off to her room, smiling the whole way. "Oh, I forgot. I have a present for you." Axl says, pushing me to sit on the couch as he runs behind Sue. He comes back quickly with a small box, wrapped in christmas paper. "I didn't have any normal paper so I figured Christmas worked." He shrugs, sitting back on the couch before pulling me onto his lap.

I pull at the wrapping paper, revealing a blue velvet box. I open it, seeing a beautiful gold banded, black faced watch. "Axl! I love it!" I scream, turning so I place a knee on both sides of him, taking his face in my hands. I peck all over his cheeks and his nose, wrapping my arms around his neck. He holds me in place with his hands on my hips, chuckling as I continue my assault.

"Do you think she liked it?" I hear Frankie giggle to, presumably, Mike, from the kitchen. I pull away from my best friend, a huge smile on my face as I scramble to put the watch on. "Axl, why don't you react that way when I kiss you? You get a smiley when Becca kisses you but when I do you freak out." Frankie teases, walking over to her son before placing a kiss on his temple, resulting in him trying to move away from her grasp.

"I only allow her to kiss me because she knows too much about me. She could blackmail me." He sticks his tongue out at me, winking after. I wink back, moving to lay my head in Axl's lap, my feet falling off of the end of the couch.  "Also, she's my best friend, not my mom." Axl continues, causing Frankie to roll her eyes at him.

Just then, the doorbell rings. "Oh, that must be Sean." Axl remarks not too enthusiastically, removing me from his lap. I place my floppy hat on my head, fixing my hair as I stand. Axl gets the door, blocking me from sight as Sean smiles at him, roses in his hand. I hear them talking, or more like Axl talking and Sean listening. I walk up to the door, placing a hand on Axl's chest. "Have fun you two." He grins sarcastically.

"Bye Axl, don't wait up." I wink, turning to walk out the door. Axl's hand grabs my wrist, spinning me into his chest. He pecks my hairline, turning me back around before sending me on my way. I shut the door behind us, not needing Axl interrupting anymore. "So, what did Axl say to you?" I chuckle, smiling at the roses as Sean hands me them.

"He told me he would kick my ass if I try to even hold you hand." Sean says bluntly, a small grin on his face. I smirk, taking his hand in my own, clasping out fingers together. A small blush creeps up on his cheeks as I look up at him, the height difference causing some issues. With Axl, I don't have to crane my neck to look up at him, this is a new experience.

The window opens from Sue's room, Axl's head popping out. "Get your damn hands off of her, Donahue!" He calls, sending Sean's hand flying out of my grasp. I flip off Axl from behind my back, glaring at him over my shoulder. "Do I have to chaperone this 'date'?" Axl snaps, looking at us expectantly.
