I gripped the steering wheel tightly.
"Shit, we're going too fast...way too fast.."

Jenson looked over from the passenger seat. "You're driving thirty, (Y/n)."

"That is fast!" I whisper-yelled. "Wait...where's the brake? Where IS it..?"

I leaned down to look under the wheel.

"(Y/n)!" Jensen put his hand on the wheel. "Eyes forward!"

"Right! Sorry!" I shot upright again and slammed the brake.

"What the fuck was that for!?"

I pointed straight ahead.
"This IDIOT just ran across the street!"

He stared at me. Then at the man. Then back at me.

"That's a zebra crossing!"

"Oh." I whispered. "Right."

~~~
I leaned against his doorway, crossing my arms. "You look like shit."
Jenson coughed into his sleeve. "Didn't want you to feel left out."
I rolled my eyes with s smirk and set a cup of tea on his nightstand. "You need something else?"
"Very thoughtful," he rasped. "Actually... you could get me something from the pharmacy."
"What?"
"Miahexacyline."
I blinked. "...What the hell is that?"
"For the cough."
I walked nearly twenty minutes to the pharmacy, asked for it, got laughed at, walked twenty minutes back. Obviously, he made that Miahexa- whatever up.
When I entered his room, I thew a pillow at him.
"You happy now!" I tried to hide a smirk.
Jensen started to laugh only to cough again. "I am."
"You're an ass." I snorted.
~~~

I opened the door and stopped dead in my tracks.

It was dark outside, but everything glowed white. What little grass was left had vanished under a thin white blanket.

Jenson was already a few steps ahead, standing in the white, watching me with a smirk.

"Is that...?" I whispered, stepping forward, seeing my own breath in the air. "Snow?"

"Yeah, I guess there's a downfall with the weather right now. Better prepare for cold days. First snow in forever."

I stepped next to him, tilting my head back. Huge flakes fell down from the darkness and landed in my hair.

I've never seen it. I mean... I remember it once. When my mother gave me and Tommy to Wicked. It was snowing then. But since that day...

A large snowflake fell onto my eyelashes.
"It's beautiful," I whispered.

Something cold hit my shoulder.

I looked at the snow on my shoulder and then at Janson. He stood there holding another snowball.

"What was that for?" I asked frowning.

"You know, back in my days, snow was pretty common. And so was this."

He threw the next snowball directly at my face.

It hit me square in the nose. I stumbled backward, landing in the snow.

"Ahhh, it's so cold!" I shouted, brushing it off my cheeks.
