But not only did the other Autobots gave Grimlock those types of looks, but some Bots back away from him in fear. And, given his reputation, he doesn't blame them.

Grimlock's barbaric fighting style amd rage led him to be feared and/or hated by the other Autobots. Some more than others.

There are two Autobots in particular who treats him like either an outcast or a criminal. These two Bots were none other than Ratchet and Ultra Magnus.

Ultra Magnus constantly chewed out Grimlock and relentlessly scolded him for his methods, tactics and tendency to charge in head first into combat without a plan. And, to top it all off, how Grimlock actively disobeys direct orders from Optimus Prime.

In times of war, there is no time for battle planning; Would the enemy give you that chance when they are at your door step? Frag no! But Magnus doesn't care, all he cared about was forcing misbehaving Autobots to fall in line.

And in Grimlock's opinion? Magnus went easy on the Wreckers when it comes to discipline.

And as for the Autobot medic that is Ratchet? The old bastard absolutely hated him. He actively and ruthlessly degraded Grimlock like he was some villain instead of a fellow Autobot.

Beast, savage, brute, monster, the list of names Ratchet called him went on. He even eavesdropped on a conversation between Ratchet and Optimus.

"Optimus, why won't you listen to reason? Grimlock was never one of us nor will he ever be! He's no different than Megatron and his Decepticons because of his rage and brutality! It's only a matter of time before he finally defects to the faction that would happily welcome him with open arms. That sparkless savage should be locked up in the stockade, or better yet RESTRAINED!"

That bastard. What does he know? Cons that are pure sadists like Airachnid needed to be put down. Those who takes pleasure in spilling energon of the innocent deserve to die to his burning wrath.

And if protecting those who can't protect themselves from being preyed on by the likes of Megatron and those who take twisted joy out of it like Airachnid leaves Grimlock to be looked down upon by the other Autobots, then so be it.

"Grim! Hold on!"

Grimlock's train of thought was brought to an abrupt halt when he heard N's voice call out to him, followed by the sound of metallic footsteps coming his way.

The Dinobot stops and turns around to see N running up to him.

"Hey, kid. You doing ok?"

"I'm fine. But there is something I want to ask you." N replied, hesitant as he took a small breath.

"Could you... Teach me how to fight like you? Be all skilled and powerful and stuff?"

To say that Grimlock wasn't curious on why N would request that would be a lie.

"Can I ask why you would ask me that?"

"Well... I'm embarrassed to say this, but it's because I want to, well, become more capable of defending myself and fight my own battles."

N pauses for a moment as he gently grabs a hold of the cybertronian prosthetic replacement arm Shockwave had given him, shifting his gaze towards it.

"Before I met Uzi and got my memories back, I thought we disassembly drones were nearly impossible to kill. Hehe, boy was I proven wrong."

Grimlock watched N tighten his grip on the prosthetic before he loosened it as he looks back at him.

"I know that when we get to Jenson City, there'll no doubt be more guys like Rampage and Trypticon waiting for us there. I also know that you, Uzi or anyone won't always be there to help me out and even if you are, you can't be everywhere at once."
