This is after doctor Strange and I gave my own twist to it so I'm not sure if it 100% follows the story but it doesn't really matter.

You watched Steven while leaning against the door. He was packing his things. You couldn't believe how fast everything went. Before you knew it you were in Hong Kong defeating your enemies.. but now that was all over.

"I think that's everything.'' He said.

He took another look around the room. Steven was being transferred to the New York Senctum to protect it. He could keer his cloak and the eye. It looked good on him.. doctor Strange.

During your fighting with him, you actually get attached. The way he cared about you and how much you had in common. It didn't take long before you developed feelings.. you thought it was mutual or that it could actually work until you saw him with a nurse in the hospital.

''Well.. that's it then.'' You spoke while trying to smile.

You were sad to see him leave. You were going back to just do what you always did while he was going to go on a new adventure. It sure would be more boring. Steven looked at you. He noticed you weren't really okay.

Seeing Christine again in the hospital was nice for him.. but when he kissed her, he realised he didn't really feel what he used to. He wasn't in love with her anymore. His interest had shifted.

''Yeah, it was nice spending this time with you. I'm sure I'll see you again.'' Steven said.

Your smile faded into sadness before you restored your posture. You laid your head against the door.

''I'm only one door away.'' He said.

''I'm not supposed to go there anymore.'' You said. ''It'll be your domain. Only when you need help I'll be required there.''

Steven put in his cloak and the necklace. You just kept your eyes on him. Enjoying this final moment you could still spend together.

''We've bent the rules before. Didn't end so bad.''

''We almost died. What do you mean.'' You laughed.

Steven laughed too while you stared into each others eyes. Your smile then slowly faded again and so did his.

''You know Wong started listening to Beyonce because of you.'' You said. ''So I'm sure you'll enrich many people's lives in New York.''

''Oh, I'm sure.'' Steven grinned.

''Well, considering you're planning on going outside.''

Steven looked through his window and then back at you. Why was saying goodbye so hard. He didn't want this moment to end.. but he had to go. He knew he had to.

''I will. I'm not going to sit outside all day.''

''Well, maybe you can.. uhm.. reconnect with that nurse.'' You said while looking at the floor.

''Christine?''

''Oh, is that her name? Yeah, she seemed nice.''

Steven gave you a puzzled look. You started to get nervous and started pulling on your fingernails, trying to keep yourself distracted from his puzzling gaze.
