Longing and loneliness seeps in,
Eating me away.
The pain devours me,
Like a starved lion having it's meal,
My heart cries your name.

Like I've never loved anyone before?
A yearning for someone,
So deep it swallows me whole,
A soul to cherish yet painful to grasp.
Kindred souls,
Oceans apart

But can never be broken,
Our bond may seem endless,
Our souls fractured by distance,
Our love is infinite as the skies above,
Our love transcends time and space,
Our love is worth waiting for,
Fighting for!
